Okay, this may or may not be just a thinly veiled post so I can show off my new system that most of you guys know I just picked up. Anyhoo, here goes. Kinda hard to see in the lighting, but this photo consists of an Insignia 55" LCD 1080p TV, Xbox 360 Elite, PS 3, hi def DTV/DVR satellite box, a Denon AVR 1910 receiver, Klipsch RPW-10 subwoofer, and a set of B&W DM 570 main speakers. The speakers are a little dated, but anyone familiar with B&W products will know that they produce awesome speakers. These are on plant shelves above and behind me where I sit in my living room. So there's this no name company, MGT Global, that apparently appointed John McAfee as their CEO. Yeah, that McAfee. The batshit crazy one. Looks like all is quiet on the home front. Been busy with work and visitors, oh, and finishing projects around the house. Started on rebuilding a bridge on my property today, put the first of several cameras up earlier this month, and had several visitors come and go the past couple of weeks. Not to mention work as usual. Hope everyone is doing well. Also, been trying to make time to play some games unsuccessfully, and we're about to hit another heavy season of games. I do have GoW 4 that came with my GPU. Want to put some time into it after Deus Ex.

I'm in a sociology class this semester that's primary focus is HIV/AIDS and other modern plagues. The class is beyond fascinating, and so far has been a real eye opener. It's obviously, a very emotionally charged class as well. Today we had a very heated discussion about a topic my Professor brought up, I am going to ask the question of you all and see what you all think. If a person who is HIV/AIDS positive KNOWINGLY infects another person in CONSENSUAL sex (i.e they lied about their status) should they be prosecuted because of it? I'm curious to see if the general idea and response to this question is the same, or if it varies.

Nothing is quite as strong as the bond you have with your pet. I just wanted to share my two dogs. Here is the first we got when we moved into our house around 7 years ago. We adopted her when she was about1 and a half. This is my girl Nugget. A purbread golden. She passed a few years ago. Had a lot of kidney problems as she kept along but she got a solid 8 or 9 years. So I went to a costume party that a bunch of my band friends were having with a friend over the weekend. We wanted to do something that was kind of original-ish, obscure, and yet awesome at the same time. I think I came up with the perfect idea honestly. Needless to say, we were a huge fucking hit!!
