Contests

Hey there everyone. I was very busy during this first major giveaway this year and therefore I could not get the gifts I bought to Siren in time. Now I'll be giving them away. These are all PC games and there will be 2 different prizes comprising of three games. 1. Arma II and Arma II Operation Arrowhead - This is the main game and the expansion which allows you to play Day Z! 2. The Walking Dead If you're interested in these games, post here and let me know by Saturday, January 19th and I'll do a drawing! Apologies for missing the giveaway! Good luck.

I would like to see two things happen over the next month 1) More people post about topics they find interesting 2) Clear out the extra items that have been sitting in my Steam inventory To accomplish both, I am going to hold a 4-Week Contest. -- HOW TO ENTER -- Simply post a topic on the forums about something you find interesting. Odds are someone else will find it interesting and there will be more material to read on slow weekends like today. Once you create the topic, reply to this topic with a link to the topic and I will count that as an entry. Wash and repeat every week over the next month to get an entry for each week of the contest I have been trying to do th…

The Haul: One of two different games will be sent out to two winners. Both are for PC and redeemable on Steam. The Catch: Gosh, you know me so well! You're the pretend director of a new action/romance/biography movie about the real lives of Green Grenades and PeeKnuckle. The only thing you as director needs to do is, fill in the real Hollywood actors/actresses that would play their parts. If you want to expound on the movie, a scene, or even some pics (no facehole pics, please) then go right ahead! The Games: DLC Quest http://store.steampowered.com/app/230050/?snr=1_7_15__13 Valdis Story: Abyssal City http://store.steampowered.com/app/252030/?snr=1_7_15__13 The L…

Look, I've been away a while. You missed me. I get it. Let me make it up to YOU (yes you!) by giving away both FEAR 1 and FEAR 2 for Xbox 360. I got these in the bargin bid at Gamestop, thinking I would play them. I did not. My apathy is your gain. I want to give them to someone who is into first person shooters that feature scary little girls. All you have to do is post a picture of yourself wth a jar of peanut butter on your head. That's right. Put the jar on your head, take a pic, and put it here. I will randomly choose a winner and send them both retail games. Nothing creative about this contest and that's what I'm into! Contest ends Feb. 20. USA only please.

Want to win a $5 XBLA game? All you have to do is make your own fsjal. It can be done with paint, photoshop, hand drawn (with or without drawing on a printed out template), whatever. Just please do not find one someone else made on the internet and post it (there are literally hundreds), as that would beat the whole purpose of the contest! I guess you can put your name into the image to help verify it's authenticity. Don't know what fsjal is? It's a meme involving a funny looking character that has practically become the My Little Pony of the internet. You can find out all you need to know about it, as well as some examples, here: http://knowyourmeme.com/memes/fsjal Here …

All the eligible entries will be written down on pieces of paper except the first winner whose entry i like best, then numbers will be written next to the names. I will roll dice and whose name coincides with the roll will win...... or i'll just use a random number generator To enter your contest you simply need to write down the recipe for your favorite burgers. Topic title says it all. Please be patient. C&C is definitely going to be running some serious contests around these new forums! I just figure I'll wait a little since so many other people are running awesome contests right now. I don't want to steal any thunder from the amazing generosity of everyone else!

Thanks to everyone who participated. Winners are: Cody Nick Awe4Some Ok, now bear with me. I know this sounds a little crazy. "Duke Nukem 3D for the PC? But its available for my XBOX!?" Yes, it sure is, for 10 dollars US with nothing added to it except native support for online DM and coop. This alone is probably worth the extra premium for the sake of ease, but the PC version is where its at. I will explain further. GOG.com has this title for 5.99US, and I would guarantee the same quality game you get from the Xbox will certainly work for your PC for less. "But this is a Giveaway, who cares what it costs?" Good point! On to my next point! The game for the PC has plenty…

The winner of the contest was PeeKnuckle! Congratulations! I purchased the 4 pack of Borderlands and split it with some friends of mine, but we still had an extra copy. So, I decided there might as well be more free stuff to be given out here! Just post here and tell me what you like about the game and you'll be entered into a random drawing to win a Steam Copy of Borderlands for the PC! I'll do the drawing next Friday April 9th.

Okay, so after a long hiatus from the forums, I have come back bearing a few gifts. In this thread I will be giving away two Final Fantasy Avatar outfits (for female avatars) and two tokens for the Gears of War 2 All Fronts Map pack collection. Those of you who would like either one, just type in your name, which one you want, as well as how you plan to take over the world. The winners will be determined through a random number generator next Sunday (April 11th), so people have a fair shot of entering. Good luck guys and let's see some creative world domination plans!
