The video sort of shows what I've been drinking each day. I don't use any powders or oil, though. Just greens like kale, etc and fruits. I also don't use a $400 blender. I use my $49 one I got years ago and it's just fine. Like the video, I also eat something along with it. Something light. I usually opt for unsalted peanuts. I'm drinking more vegetables than I'd normally eat. Same goes for the fruit. If you ever decide to do this, research it well. You could be going based on what you think may taste best. Celebrated our 20th anniversary yesterday! Had some yummy yummy crab at Red Lobster. I can't believe we've made it 20 years! Sometimes it seems longer, other times it feels like its flown by. So, I've been pretty busy at work the last couple of weeks, and it looks like I'm going to stay busy for the next month. I'll keep an eye on the place, but my activity is going to stay pretty low. Once it's all settled back down there will be a massive forum bomb.

It's a verrrrrry long story about why I need luck, but long story short is my grandfather who is in a nursing home that I visit a few times a week to play chess and stuff gifted me his fully restored 1932 Plymouth Coupe. There is a ton of family drama and in-fighting (my mom is the first of nine kids), and the car has been sitting in the lobby of one of my uncle's business. i'm going to my attorney's office today at 12:30 and him, my mom and I are travelling up to get it and flatbed it back to my house to stick in my garage for the winter. Why is it so many people don't know how to carry a conversation? You go on a date, and you ask questions to figure out how to converse they answer and that's it. They don't add nothing to it. Saturday I started feeling crummy, but I went golfing anyways with my parents. Came home and fell asleep immediately and slept for 13 hours. On Sunday when I woke up I felt like I couldn't even swallow or breathe right. It's not necessarily my throat that hurts (doesn't really hurt in my throat to swallow), but my right gland in my neck is so swollen that it hurts to turn my head or swallow or anything.
