Sony

Welp, for an Alpha test I have to say I'm pretty god damned impressed. I was never a huge fan of Halo, but this game is seriously fun. I was sucked in last night and didn't even get a chance to try out Battlefield (I got a code for that too). Best way to describe it is like Halo, with different character classes, mixed with a lot of Borderlands influence combined with maybe a hint of MMO. Super fun from what I've played. Probably going to pick this one up for sure.

Anyone else get in and want to try the squad mode?

Anyone get in the plsystation now beta?

So far I've definitely been enjoying it. I made a Thaumaturge and the game is actually pretty cool. I think I'm going to need to pick up a small bluetooth keyboard for the chat or whatever, but using the controller is actually pretty great. Anyone else played this/playing this?

I'd REALLY love stream my PS4 playing sometime considering that's what I've been doing with most of my time lately. Anyone know when they're finally going to roll out that patch? Then I can just hook it up through my capture card on my PC and stuffs.

Yeeeehaaaaaw!!!! Got my copy for the PS3. Now I can't wait to get out of work! Anyone else picking this up?

Sweet baby Jesus.... this is some amazeballs news!!!! I'm super stoked. Codenamed Project Morpheus, Sony has unveiled their custom VR headset specifically for the PS4. Features include full 1080p display with 90 degree field of view, 1000hz display, full 360 degree movement and "supports forward prediction". At the unveiling, Sony showed off a video of some VR God of War. Sony boss Shuhei Yoshida was quoted as saying "When I looked down, I saw my body was that of Kratos. That was an empowering experience." EVE Valkyrie is reportedly playable on the current dev kit, as well as a bunch of other announced games. More info and impressions will be available lat…

Has anyone else picked this up. Im not liking it as much as i hoped. All i think about when i see the main guy is the bug eyed Monty Python.actor. Thank god i got this for free

Hey All, Some great sales going on at sony store this week. Rockstar Games Sale Great prices on some of those games if you have never played them or want to run them again. (Red Dead, Max Payne...) There are some other games on sale but I found this little gem tucked away on the list: Demon Souls (could not link to it for some reason). It is only $10.99 right now! I have never played it so this might be a good chance to grab it.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ShP5xn9Tz90 Followed the link from Twitter not knowing anything about the game. Never heard of it. Watched 10 seconds and knew it was a PS3 game. That's not a knock or anything.

I was not overly impressed with the first two games in the series. Mainly because the battle system does everything for you. The games basically just ran themselves. I tried the demo for this game and wow was I impressed! The battle system is actually fun now. Completely redone. I like how you can switch outfits with allow different powers to be used instantly. Each suit has its own ATB gauge so you can't just spam the same attack. I love the look of the different outfits Lightning can get. I am now interested in this game!

Jason's birthday is coming up in March and I've been thinking about getting him one. We have the Xbox One and with there not being a lot of games out right now, it has gotten a bit tiresome to play..well at least until Titanfall and a few others come out anyway. So what is the game list like for the PS4? If I buy it, will he be in the same boat with the Xbox One with only a small amount of games available? With the PS3, it was mainly only used for a blu-ray player and that is another reason why I am questioning if I want to get it.

I passed on this game when it first came out because for some reason it just did not look like something I would enjoy. The graphics were good looking but the whole story and such didn't grab me as something to buy. Boy was I wrong about this game!! I downloaded it last night and I simply could not put this game down. The graphics are beautiful on the PS3, gameplay is fun and the voice acting is legit. The level of detail given to the environments is staggering for what is now considered last gen. Can't wait to get home to continue the story. I would go as far to say that this is one of the best games ever offered on PS+ as part of the membership.

Has anyone gotten one yet?

This is one amazing sale especially if your a PS+ member. Playstation doing it right. They want all digital on consoles they have to have more sales like this. https://store.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com/#!/home/games?smcid=ps:show-now:games:ps-playstation-store Yesterday the sale went live. Watch this! Might want to turn on the HD setting since the vid quality is not great. Haven't been around lately. Its been kinda busy with holidays and all. Was doing some extra work to make extra money but its quieting down now. Anyways, in my quest to find new and out of the ordinary fun games I ordered this and a bunch of other games from amazon during black friday. I got it for only $11.85! Super cheap with good reviews so I took a chance. I gotta say this is one hell of a game! It is still only $15 on amazon: http://www.amazon.com/Starhawk-Playstation-3/dp/B005185SDA/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1386490236&sr=8-1&keywords=starhawk What makes it good?…

Dragons dogma: dark arisen free on ps3 with ps+ it's really an interesting game. Plays out kinda like an old school rpg with lots of customization options.

If you've ever played Arkham city.....you've played this. Granted its a new story but still

Title says it all. Going to check it out later this evening. I'll post my impressions of the game in a day or so.

Sony confirmed today via twitter that Psplus on PS4 will also have instant collection starting with drive club on day 1.

Sony announced today their ps+ free titles for July. First up we get Battlefield 3, then in no particular order metal slug xx, jet set radio for the vita, and munch's oddysee hd. Lots of discounts over the next two weeks as well.

Many have reported bricked ps3's after the recent 4.45 update. Most are 750 gb and 1tb self installed hard drive systems, but better to wait for sony's ok first. If you have ps+ make sure you turn off auto update.
