Rockstar has to be joking with this right? RIGHT?! There's not even a copy of the damn game. And it's not even eligible for their free shipping. What the actual hell is even going on?

I'm running the original PS4, and the game does look amazing. It is locked at lower frames, but I haven't seen one frame drop. Not to mention no loads to speak of so far, and all the cutscenes seem to be using the game engine so it's seamless.

Game play wise I'm just getting started. I'll be honest, I'm pretty tired of the gather stuff to make stuff game play style that has taken over. So far though, it seems to be mostly done through the machines which is at least fun. 

Considering I haven't even done the first main quest it's a bit early to judge, but I think I'm going to like it.

So I know that Kotaku and Gizmodo are kind of at odds about this, but considering the investment I still have my preorder and can't wait.  The potential is there and so much cool stuff has been announced.  I am pretty excited about a few games coming out for this and it will be fun to show off in my house and play with friends.

Anyways, I know it's a work in progress and they plan on releasing constant updates to avoid having multiple full price releases (Super Mega Ultimate Street Fighter V: Gonzo Megazord IN YO FACE Edition), but that doesn't excuse this clearly "alpha" release.

Has a couple vehicles you can unlock and a decent number of tracks with predominately online play now with some offline to come later.

The upgrade to the full game is now only $25.

As some of you may or may not know I am a big fan of Metal gear solid/Hideo Kojima Games. Recently there has been rumors of either Kojima being fired or of him leaving partnership with Konami. Sadly to say it is true. They both were working on Silent Hill 9 which had got canceled because Kojima plays a big role in all of this. And so does Reedus from "The Walking Dead" series who was starring the lead character role but left after Kojima did. Also, after this was aired Konami had erased all Kojima productions that had to with SH. Sad day for some silent hill fans. I can't believe this is happening because I haven't played a SH game since ps2 . Come to think of it they are erasing the PT demo Wednesday off of psn so try to play it before they do. I guess some things weren't meant to be !

Coming to PS4 as well as the PC, this is going to be an MMO-RTS.   I dont know if you've played the first one, but it's kind of part Dynasty Warriors, and part Bladestorm sort of system.  Was a very cool game in my opinion.  You're basically controlling your one big due and a seperate army at the same time. 

They're talking about massive 16 player battles, where each player can control armies themselves up to 500 (so like 8000 onscreen enemies?).  The devs claim the game can handle 10k or so easily.

Once you hit level 20, you're pretty much capped in your level gaining unless you find items that contain "Light" (ie. like a chest piece may give you +9 Light as one of it's attributes).  Equipping stuff with more and more Light lets you gain higher "levels" so your weapons and such can damage higher level monsters, etc. 

Aaaaaannnyways.  It's all random pretty much, aside from grinding out missions to be able to buy them (for a ridiculous sum for the record and would take a loooong time to gear up).  And that leads me to the actual item drops.

Enemies can drop Engrams, either green, blue or purple (uncommon, rare and legendary respectively).  You need to go back to town to have these decrypted to find out what it is.  I don't mind this but the way it's handled is super lame. 

Blues have a very small chance to decode into a purple legendary (never happened to me), but Purples also have a chance to be decoded into something that is Blue!!!  Not only that, if it DOES happen to be purple it's going to be a random class that may or may not be the one you're playing.

To date, I've gotten a total of six purple engrams.  ALL OF THE WERE DECODED BLUE.  Every.  Single.  One.  That to me is fucking bullshit.  Not only is the drop rate super low for purples, even on dungeon instances, but every fucking one has been blue. 

So right now I'm pretty much stuck.  Running the same old shit, over and over and over, because I can't get any Legendaries to gear up and take on harder things.  I really dislike this.

Bungie should adjust how this is handled IMO.  I mean I'm totally cool with purples being super rare to drop.  I'm absolutely fine with it turning into something for a random class that I may not be running because I can just bank it and re-roll another character if I wanted to and use it with them.  But for pete's sake do NOT have such a high damn rate of them turning blue!  Hell, they shouldn't even HAVE a chance to turn blue.  Purple drops should be purple and that's that. 

Sorry for the rant.  It's just super frustrating.

So this is a pretty damn good deal and after reading a recent article that was testing it out they found it's actually better and faster than the stock HDD on the PS4. 

The only thing is that it's within an enclosure, so you'll need a knife or small flathead screwdriver to remove the enclosure, but within it is a standard 9.5mm drive that will work fantastic.

I'm purchased it and am going to upgrade later this week and take the drive from my PS4 and put in in my old PS3 (launch fat model and still kicking!!)

You're looking at Christian Kirksey, LB for the Titans, and at 1' 2" tall, he's still apparently capable of making plays hahahaha
