Epic announced a Gears of War 3 multiplayer beta, and dedicated servers. I am extremely excited about this, especially the dedicated servers part. So since during school I'm usually spending money on food and all the stuff that goes with college expenses, I treated myself to a massive amount of purchases since I've been in a gaming drought and bought all of the Mass Effect 2 DLC, Force Unleashed II, and Assassin's Creed Brotherhood. Yay for gaemz!

Saw both used for pretty cheap at gamestop and decided to pick them up, playing through 1 now and made it to the 4th chapter before taking a break, really like it. Anyone else play them?

Apparently there is an indie game on XBL right now called FortressCraft: Chapter 1. It's pretty much Minecraft, without the harvesting of resources at the moment. The creator is planning on implementing that maybe later along with crafting, mining, minions, mine cart courses, and PVP combat? I tried the PS3 version at a friend's house, and it seems like a pretty fun game...would anyone recommend etting it and/or be willing to do co-op sometime with me?

Let me say.....this game is amazing! Aside from the teeny tiny sluggish response with the camera it is great. Graphically....this has to be one of the best looking games that I have ever layed eyes on. I love the leveling up in the Crystarium too. They made some changes with that from the first one and it's better. They definitely learned their lesson from FFX-2 and I hope that the rumors about FFXIII-3 turn out to be true, because I want the storyline to continue since Square has made me feel attached to these characters. What do you guys and ladies think?

A little bit of a rant here. Apologies in advance. I was really interested in this game but not really happy about what I have been hearing. First they announced that they will be releasing episodic story DLC. The game is not even out yet and it just feels like they already planning on dragging this out through DLC. If it was just multiplayer maps or something that is one thing but this game relies heavily on story and the feeling that you have to buy extra DLC to possibly finish that story does not sound good to me. I would rather just pay full price for the whole package. $60 for a new game seems like enough but this could be $100 all said and done. Secondly, they jus…
