Bulletstorm.

The story, written by Rick Remender, is set in the 26th century, and players take on the role of Grayson Hunt - part of Black Ops unit Dead Echo, bossed by General Serrano.

Hunt's mission is to assassinate a man responsible for thousands of deaths. When he refuses to kill him, Hunt in turn becomes the most wanted man in the galaxy. Silly beggar.

not that this has **** to do with ****, but i was reading a joke about a military guy, one of those true stories people write in. he said he saw airmen wearing shirts that said death from above, submarine dudes wearing shirts that said death from below, but what really stuck out was the dude in the mess hall serving food that had on a shirt that had a skull and crossbones with silverwear for the bones. his shirt said death from within.

I saw the cover of the game in gameinformer, it looked very reminiscent of the original Doom cover, which is awesome. The fact that it's made by People Can Fly (Guys behind Painkiller) and Epic Games, I think that this game has some potential. As long as they don't screw up the story or the online multi-player, I think it will do just fine. Let's not forget about the crossbow in Painkiller...I'd say it was a pretty unique weapon, so these guys can definitely add some creativity into the game.

It'll be interesting to see the result of this, as already mentioned its by the same Studio as 'Painkiller'. The lack of online co-op is strange and I really hope its not being omitted for later DLC.

The story sounds a little generic and vanilla though.
