Does anyone know where you can download Twitch streams in anything larger than 30 minute segments? I stream for like.. 6 hours at a time, and 30 minute increments is a fucking nightmare to download sometimes. Twitch is basically getting rid of all the streams with copyrighted audio, so I want to save my shit.

Dragon Age Origins - Ultimate Edition on my PC will lock up after about an hour of gameplay and windows will alert that the program has stopped working and needs to close. I have tried to find and answer on google, but not much has helped me. Anyone have any ideas why this could be happening? Not a huge issue, but kind of annoying.

How many of you guys Dual Boot, of course in computers. I've just installed Ubuntu 10.4 (I believe thats the newest version) on my gameroom pc and old laptop that has broken hinges. I'm currently installing it on this laptop only since it's something I want to learn more about and also have just incase Windows goes crazy. FUN FACT: On my old laptop, with Windows installed, sound NEVER once came out of the laptop once I installed Linux/Ubuntu instantly had sound. Now, I cannot fix the hinges on the laptop nor do I care to but that's still pretty awesome.

Can we copy n paste emoties from other forums? Can we also copy n paste pics or should we upload them to an imagehost?

Anybody here ever have an luck with recovering files from an external harddrive? I have an older Lacie 500gb that I believe is hooched (turns on but doesn't load to the desktop, doesn't recognize it in the system preferences either). I know there are several levels and types of data recovery but I'm trying to avoid taking it into Tekserve in Manhattan and paying for them to do it, since that'll be expensive. If anyone here can offer some suggestions that would be great. Thanks guys.

A close friend to us all, can't play his 360 games. He is missing one cheap little piece of plastic, that is keeping him from gaming. It's like this piece, but it's the hollowed out one. The one you add batteries to. Please help if you can. It'd only cost 45 cents to send inside an envelope. What is your favorite retro title? Mine is Robo Warrior on NES. I wrote a review for it that was published in a retro gaming magazine (an online one but still). Great game that I have been playing since I got it right around it's initial (only?) release on NES.

if you've updated to the latest Firefox you may have noticed that the status bar (at bottom) is completely missing. I like having it (social media apps etc) and I went on a search to see if I could add it in, or restore it. Can those with Windows 7 play old XP games on it? I read about "XP Mode" but then later found out it isn't really suited to playing games.

So, yeah. I haven't been streaming because of 1.) Internets and 2.) SimCity destroyed my graphics card. I tempted fate last night and tried just streaming DS1, and it crashed about 20 minutes in, causing my computer to so an entire system restore (that took about 2 hours). Needless to say, I need a new GPU, woot. Anyone have any suggestions, that aren't heinously expensive? I currently have a GeForce GT 5300. An upgrade is desired, instead of just more of the same.

Figured I would ask and see who is getting the game and for what console. I'm in a toss-up myself seeing as I have both systems. I know a lot of people around here are probably going to be purchasing it for Xbox 360, yet my LIVE subscription lapsed about 6 months ago and I really don't feel like throwing down more money for Xbox LIVE (seeing as there is really no other game I'd play on it) I was considering my PS3 however because you don't have to spend any money to game online, but I know a lot less people around here may purchase it for that system. Okay, so HDMI is supposedly the best picture you can get, correct? If so, how come when I hook my Xbox up via HDMI, I only get 720p, yet when I go Component, I'm able to get 1080p?

Wierdest thing, my targus headset plugged in with fiber optic cable works with ps3 on everything but nba 2k13. Home, music, videos, even other games work fine, but the second that game starts no audio through headset. Any ideas?
