Posts that don't belong anywhere else

I am posting my Youtube so you can know a bit more about me, like my taste in music. =P http://www.youtube.com/user/TenkuraDomo If you have any questions feel free to ask.

Well, went to San Diego and met up with my mother. TC is right...it's a really beautiful city. We ended up getting the Presidential Suite in the hotel we stayed at. Neither my mother or I were expecting that. Unbelievably, I ended up tripping my first day and landed weird and tore my right bicep tendon though. Can you effing believe it? Some of you may recall that I tore my left tendon around September of last year. I'm beginning to worry that I have some kind of degenerative disease affecting my tendons or something. The tear hasn't been confirmed yet. I'm seeing the doctor tomorrow, but it sure looks and feels like the tear in my left bicep did. Anyway, enough of that.…

Awesome. Would have been cool as a kid to play in one of these, although the likelihood of you busting your head open or toppling the whole thing over while swinging on that gnarly speeder bike are probably exponential. LOL

Wow, apparently Jupiter has lost one of it's "bands". Check out this picture.

I heading out the Steampunk World's Fair soon to look at very large ladies crammed into very tiny corsets. It's in some town in Jersey 45 min away and even though I hate Steampunk (big surprise) I'm still going. My stop motion teacher is playing a show their tonight and Tam and I both like his music so that's why I want to go. Plus I love hanging out with freaks, weirdos, and loser. Should be a good time. here's the link to the event if anyone is interested in what exactly goes on there: Steampunk worlds fair

Evolved Gaming and Rage Quit Radio have given me a female avatar Alan Wake shirt to give away. If you want it, please PM me. First female to ask, gets it.

What is up with the colors? I was wondering if he had a modded account but when I search for his gamertag on .com nothing comes up. He doesn't appear on my recent players list either....

About to start. Have some great ideas. Will post pics as I get them. Any suggestions will be considered.

I feel that nobody likes me, because my posts seem to get little response, if any at all. Perhaps they are not interesting. So.. anyone have any advice, on how I can become a better, more interesting poster on the Gamercide forums? I would like to contribute more to the forums, but not sure how exactly.

Title pretty much says it all honestly: Buy them here

I know I posted about this on the other forums but now i'm posting about it here! hooray! my move to seattle is now all set! I'll be there july 1st!

I love the Ratchet and Clank games and Resistance 1&2 are my favorite shooters (besides Killzone) .. but I didn't read this article and I really don't care .. just passing it along to all of you if you missed it. Insomniac goes multi-platform

The Giants and the Jets won the Superbowl sweepstakes! It will be held in the new stadium that both teams built. The big news here besides them getting it, is that a city with cold and rainy weather and no dome got one. It's been awhile since that has happened. I hope it snows hard! I like football in the snow. http://sports.espn.go.com/new-york/nfl/news/story?id=5219486&campaign=rss&source=ESPNHeadlines

Hi everyone, Just checkin in. I have been having a rough time lately. I am trying to get off some of my meds (morphine to be exact), and its kicking my ***. I am having some severe withdrawal from it. I got down to 2 a day instead of 9, and it got to be too much and finally talked to my doc. He put me back up to 3 a day for now. Then we will make the steps down another way. Needless to say, I am not very socialable right now! I'm doing good to keep it together for my family. Sadly, speaking about family... my sis just had a biopsy to check on her progress after her bone marrow transplant. It wasn't good. The luekemia is still there and growing rapidly. We thought when she…

This one's for the guys. Enjoy.

Hamill took some convincing to sign on for the sequel. "My answer to [developers Rocksteady] for the sequel was, 'Guys, we're never going to be able to top the original.' It was so claustrophobic. There were so many abilities like the stealth mode, and all those things you can do with the new technology. I wanted to be able to say I'd gone out on a high note." It was the same reaction he'd had when Rocksteady first approached him about the role in the original Batman: Arkham Asylum. "When they said, 'We want you to come back [to the role of The Joker] and do Arkham,' I said the same; 'I left on a high note, I don't think we could ever top that.' But they said, 'We got Pau…

I'm pumped, I get my first car today, 2004 Toyota Camry. I thought I was gunna get a 2001 (or someyear) Honda CRV in bad condition but I ended up getting this. Nice car, good condition and everything. Only problem, it has a weak sound system, and that for me is key. I have like 200 bucks I'm willing to spend on it, does anyone have any idea if that's a good price range/if a system will even fit in a Camry. Thanks

So as some of you may or may not have read in some other thread, I purchased FL Studio 9 the other day, which is an audio engineering program. So here's my first beat that was inspired by another song just so I could learn the tools and such of the program before I made anything too fancy. The beat is only 1:30 and then loops after that so I only went to the part before it loops. Any feedback would be appreciated. It's an MP3 file just as an FYI. http://www.mediafire.com/?dmkoduxtuwz Edit: And if anyone wants the .flp, just ask.

It's called Kevin's Birthday! Happy B-Day audacious one, may you be showered with lots of money and be forced to take cheesy pictures with a scary, overweight clown.

You know who I'm talking about. This guy. Well, turns out he's a lawyer now. LoL According to Cinematical and Geekologie: After three friends uploaded the infamous clip, which features Raza flailing about with a metal pole doing his most awkward Darth Maul impersonation, the Canadian teen became depressed, dropped out of school and wound up in a children's psychiatric hospital. Raza and his family eventually took the parents of the kids who uploaded the videos to court and sued them for the harassment Ghyslain has endured since the clip debuted, and they eventually earned a settlement. It seems like the story would end there, but website Motherboard brings us an …

Has anyone ever been deleted for no reason at all? Don't you hate that? Then when you try and ask them why, they block you. What jerks, right?

John Wooden passed away today peacefully today at the age of 99 due to natural causes. I'm sure you are familiar with him but he was a mean of leadership, humility, and most of all heart. I wrote a short essay on him earlier in the year, it could only be 250 words so it fails to capture the positivity and pure goodness he was. For this essay I had to chose a leader who's made an impact on me and naturally I selected him. For an individual to be a positive leader, one must exhibit certain qualities such as compassion, dedication, inspiration, and strong ethics. Leaders must understand their constituents and the challenges that they face. In order for a leader to meet hig…

Well, my xbox got the three red lights, for real now. Im out of warranty so I can't have it repaired for free.. but this might be good. It had been freezing for a while now, and it has broken before. Now that it is out of warranty Im wondering if I may as well go get a new Elite rather than have this old one repaired again. I found a Elite for $400 (Australian), which I think is pretty good. It comes with a 120gb hdd, which is good because I've been deleting things off my 20gb for a while now. It also comes with a wireless controller (great since mine is broken and my wired one barely reaches) and a wired mic. At the moment my mic is being held together by masking tape a…

I just looped the main pattern over a few times. I'm working on adding more complex string patterns to it, but here it is so far. Any opinions would be great again! http://www.mediafire.com/?wo4yiqnwyun
