The contest/giveaway period is determined by the holder of the contest/giveaway and can be changed at any time by the presenter. 2. ELIGIBILITY. Eligibility is determined by the contest/giveaway holder and will be given up front in the main contest/giveaway description. We at Gamercide urge that eligibility include the entrants be active members of the community and at the very least have created a "New User" thread, if not a minimum number of posts. All entrants are subject t…

This is really short notice and most of you may not be able to attend due to my late schedule. However, I will be broadcasting to our live channel tonight (Skyim) and if I reach 50 viewers for at least half an hour I will do a Skyrim trivia question. Winner will get a copy of Skyrim on any platform. As an added bonus I will be giving away a small selection of games from steam through the night. Hopefully we can get enough participants to make this fun. Everyone's help would be appreciated. I won't be able to start until 1.30am Est Saturday so I do understand if you can't attend. However if you could tweet or whatever to get the word out that would be great. On top of e…

The only guideline for entering is that you be an active member (as defined here: http://www.gamercide...and-regulations). If you are a newish member that wins and never posts again, I will find you. >) If you don't have a fancy PC, enter my Fallout: New Vegas (Xbox 360) contest here (I…

I just preordered Portal 2 on Steam and got a free copy of portal along with my purchase. I already own portal and I also know that many of you do as well, so here is what I am going to do. The first person to post that can prove they do not own the game on PC (through steam) or on Xbox 360 (the arcade version and/or Orange Box) wins the copy. What I will want to see is a link to your Steam and/or Xbox 360 profiles showing that you have not played the game (for example, you have no achievements for portal for the 360, is not in your games list on steam, etc). Again this is for the first person who fits the criteria above and posts here proving so. The game will be awar…

The ThinkGeek 3-D Giveaway - Win a Virtual Boy... & $1,000 Spree Awesome! LoL I entered, even though I alread own two virtual boys.

Okay so maybe you didn't get Xbox 360 at launch like I did.. maybe you skipped the launch lineup altogether and you never got a chance to experience this ridiculous fighting game. Your loss, my friend! This is the only launch title that I kept from day one. Everything else got sold off and traded over time. Not this one.. this was special. I used it to have hilarious parties with friends. Where else can you use a female Master Chief to throw a ninja into a dinosaur?! But now it's time to retire it. People now come over to play Kinect, who can blame them. I will always have found memories of this game though. You want this? You know you do. Here's the criteria: 1) You must…

lol I want to give my copy of GoW2 away but it's hard when everyone and their mother has played it. SOOOO here is my contest: If you do not have GoW2 achievements on your gamercard, and you are the first to post, you win! Sounds simple enough but I have a feeling it's going to be here a while. Contest ends in two weeks if no one claims it. Good luck, noobs!

If I like one answer above the others, I'll choose you, if I can't pick, I'll randomize it. You have til midnight tomorrow (EST) or 9 PST. Good luck! US Entries only, Sorry... Also, if you win, you must play it with me. =P

There was a mixup with the winner of my copy of Fallout New Vegas (Xbox 360) in the giveaway and he was disqualified, so that prize is still up for grabs. All you have to do to enter is tell me how you would survive in a post-apocalyptic future. The winner will be picked at random. The only guideline for entering is that you be an active member (as defined here: http://www.gamercide...and-regulations) If you are a newish member that wins and never posts again, I will find you. >) If you have a fancy PC, enter my Just Cause 2 (PC; Steam) contest here (It's okay to enter both, but the winner of the first drawing will be removed from the second): http://www.gamercid…

Here is how the contest works. Sholtz and I have really crappy internet. So we are going to go head to head to see who has the worst. Your job is to guess who has the worst. I will show the results tomorrow and the people who guess right, their names will be thrown into a hat and win a prize. I'm not really sure what the prize will be, probably a game that is on sale off of steam tomorrow. Don't worry there will be a prize you greedy ********. So guess away!

It's looking up so I hope to have more contests in the future. I won some contests on here before and really appreciated the prizes. I want to give away, to someone on here, my opened(not factory sealed) extra copy of Mass Effect 3 Standard Edition for Xbox 360 still in pristine mint condition at no cost. Ok guys I have two guest passes for Diablo 3. The guest pass allows you to play Diablo 3 for free up to the Skeleton King Boss of Act 1 which actually is a decent amount of playing time. I will just give them to the first two people that PM me that want one. Not really a contest but this seemed like the best place to post this. Vec.

There's a new season of fantasy football going. The giveaway will be Two steam collections decided by the Commissioner (me). All you have to do is win the season... easy really. If you want in just pm me and I'll add you to the league.

So, briza won the Gamefly gift certificate I put up in the giveaway. Later I found out she lives in Australia, and that caused some concern. So I messaged Gamefly on their facebook page, and also emailed them, hoping for a quick answer as to if they deliver there or not. Both answers came back that they do not, unfortunately they only deliver to the United States. SO.... If you live in the United States and you want FREE games for 3 months (2 at a time!!!) just make a post in this thread!!!! I'm sorry about this, but I wanna ask that only members that have 20+ posts enter. Hurry and make your post, I will do the drawing tomorrow! I will post a video of me, Ash and Ian doi…
