It’s Not A High-Speed Police Chase Until Deep Fryers Come Flying Out Of The Escape Vehicle [Consumerist] You might’ve think you’ve heard about an intense, high-speed police chase, but you’d be wrong. Or at least you thought you knew what intense was, before reading that one particular police showdown had deep fryers flying out the back of a suspect’s truck. Deep fryers! Flying! It’s too much excitement to bear on a Friday, but let’s forge ahead, shall we? KHOU.com has the story out of Houston, where four men were allegedly part of a team that burgled a kitchen supply store late Wednesday night. Perhaps there was a dire need for cutlery or a lot of fried chicken, bec…

So I got my first tattoo ever. I've been talking about it for what seems like ten years now, and I finally went and had it done. It isn't finished yet, still needs some touch up work and a few more additions, but I was swollen up like crazy and bleeding a bit so it will take more than one session. But here are a few blurrycam pics of what is finished so far. I'll try to take a picture of the castle on the back on my arm, bit of a bitch trying to hold the camera to do it lol.

I went for my first day of college at Columbia College in Sonora, CA. It wasn't too bad. I'm only going part time doing English 1A and Algebra II (the graduation/degree requirements that I tested into on the assessment test). I just wanted to give everyone a heads up that I may or may not be around as much. It will mostly be my streaming time that goes down a bit. I forgot how evil homework was...

It's a verrrrrry long story about why I need luck, but long story short is my grandfather who is in a nursing home that I visit a few times a week to play chess and stuff gifted me his fully restored 1932 Plymouth Coupe. There is a ton of family drama and in-fighting (my mom is the first of nine kids), and the car has been sitting in the lobby of one of my uncle's business. i'm going to my attorney's office today at 12:30 and him, my mom and I are travelling up to get it and flatbed it back to my house to stick in my garage for the winter. I'll post some pics if all goes well.

The project, known as MetaPhone, works like this: The researchers are asking willing participants to install an app on their Android phones that will transmit basic metadata from their telephone. The researchers will try to deduce as much information as possible from that data, presumably in the same fashion as the NSA. In order to find out whether their deductions are accurate, the team is also asking participants to provide basic information from their Facebook pages. “Our hypothesis is that phone metadata is packed with meaning,” Mayer said. I miss your faces. Life has been hectic, and one of my roommates has turned surprisingly hostile. Thankfully, she's moving in just three weeks. My goal is to be as loud as possible on the nights she works. Muaha. But right now my sleep schedule has been all over the place so... BLEEHH. Should be back soon to normal.

So, I've been really busy the last few weeks trying to get everything in order to buy a new Supra. I spent a good while going back and forth trying to decide if I wanted to spend the money or not. I finally called the guy up and we agreed on a price. Since then I've been working hard to get all my ducks in a row. The car is in Toronto, Canada so I had to get CAD currency out, rush my new passport, figure out all the importation laws, get insurance, and a temporary tag. Not to mention finding a one way flight into Toronto. All of that is done now, finally. I'll be leaving early Saturday morning and coming back with this: 1982 Toyota Celica Supra w/ 7MGTE swap @ …

Johnny Hendricks the moment the final horn sounded to end the fight' The official scorecard For those that didn't watch, GSP won in a split decision. It has people freaking out pretty badly. I haven't watched it yet, but I was in Teamspeak with a friend who was watching it and he couldn't talk for a few minutes. He said Hendricks was seriously robbed and that no way GSp should have taken the first round. Anyone else watch it? I'd love to hear your views on it.

This is just too hilarious. Officer spots people getting freaky in a pickup truck. Officer approaches said steamy vehicle. Officer commands coitus to cease. And then? While the man immediately put his pants on and complied, the woman simply sat in the passenger's seat. The officer had to tell her numerous times to put her clothes on, the report says. But when the female finally got dressed, she attempted to put a cheeseburger on her foot as if it were a sandal. WHO DOES THAT!? I mean really? A cheeseburger as a sandal? Even I don't think I've been THAT drunk that I'd try something like that (and that is saying something hahaha) http://loganville.patch.com…

So my sister set this up a few days ago. While donations are accepted/appreciated, I would definitely appreciate it a whole lot if some of you who use Facebook would spread this around and/or post this on your walls and encourage others to possibly do the same. Her bone marrow transplant is going to be coming up soon and the cost of the 24/7 care while she is in isolation is going to pretty much bankrupt us. Money doesn't mean a whole lot to me, but my mom definitely does. Thanks guys and much love to you all. https://www.giveforward.com/fundraiser/d1d3/amy-leach-s-multiple-myeloma-fund

So what are the plans for Halloween? My kids will be dressed up as a soldier and Indiana Jones, and hitting the neighborhood, not sure if my older ones are going as it may now be uncool. No parties planned but I will be going through my kids candy to make sure it is "safe". We also watch several movies, my favorites being Young Frankenstien and The Thing, we also watch Ichabod Crane with the kids. I also think Warm Bodies and Zombieland would be good ones to add.

http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2012/09/120904193052.htm People can be obese but metabolically healthy and fit, with no greater risk of developing or dying from cardiovascular disease or cancer than normal weight people, according to the largest study ever to have investigated this seeming paradox. I found this to be incredibly interesting, especially in a society that looooves to fat shame.
