happy 4th folks. I was just wondering if anyone here played any sports. I myself play semi-pro(adult pop warner)football. Started playing in 1992-95 and again in 06-present.

I see the Pats and Giant's are playing.. again.. The only reason I know this is because my room mate is a huge, and by huge I mean custom patriots jersey huge, fan. I personally don't follow much football but surprised to see no discussion on here!

I don't how many of you guys know where Watertown,NY is but this past Sunday my semi pro league had it's All-Star game. Talk about cold. It got to a high of 33 and what was even worse was I forgot my under armour. Just a few shots of my team who showed. 15 got picked 7 paid to play. We won 14-12

The Penguins are in the playoffs again which means starting at the puck drop tonight I'll be growing my playoff beard. First round matchup will be the Pens against the Flyers, arguably the most heated rivalry not only in Pennsylvania but in the NHL. Hoping it will be a great series. 43 year old Junior Seau, a fantastic linebacker in his day, was just found dead inside his Oceanside, CA home. Reports are still coming out at this time, but it may be suicide. He is now the 8th member of the 1994 AFC Champion San Diego Chargers to have died. Yikes.
