So I've never played this game before, but I kept hearing about it with every game I played. Vanquish had one of the creators in it. Asura's Wrath was compared to the over-the-topness of it, etc. etc. It was only $10 on the PSN (it was originally a PS2 game from around 2006) so I picked it up, and it is great fun. It's very whacky and doesn't take much seriously, akin to No More Heroes. And you can beat the hell out of things. A lot. Has anyone else played it?

I have never played mlb the show before, mostly because I just got my first ps3 for christmass. I must say, I would buy a console just for this game... Its that much fun. The only gripe I have is the ai pitching loves to throw way out, and the only control there is only adjusts the first pitch. On a 32" tv, the difference of a couple inches at the plate is almost intelligible.

Ps1 rpg classic legend of dragoons to hit psn may 1st... I for one can't wait. I loved the game.

This was not the first time it was announced the servers would be taken offline. Atlus just came out and said they would be keeping the servers online for the "forseeable future". I LOVE YOU ATLUS! You make amazing games, and you seemingly care about your fans. If you have a PS3 definitely pick up Demon's Souls! It's only $20!

Hadn't heard of this one before, that video is from E3. It looks really interesting. Very cinematic and great graphics/lifelike faces. Definitely a Quantic Dream game.

If you are a fan of rhythm games, creating your own music, and the likes of Deadmau5/Beck/Jim Gutherie, this is your game. I picked it up and am SUPER happy with it so far. I implore anyone with a PS3 or Vita that likes the above things to give the game a look. It's cross platform (PS3 to Vita) as well. You buy one version, you get both. Okay, so I JUST got a PS3, and only have Soul Calibur V. I thought I'd love it, considering it's Soul Calibur. But, it turns out, it's okay. I also have LittleBig Planet 2 and an old PS game. My question to you all is, what is a good single/multiplayer PS3 game I should look for when I actually have money? xD What are some of YOUR recommendations to a noob?

Phantom Pain was revealed today at GDC. One word - HOLYFUCKINGSHITBALLSGUIZ! I'll be updating this thread as soon as the videos are released. The reveal happened at a live event, and so far no videos have been put up yet. Kojima's new Fox engine is amazing as well. I hope to also post videos of that in action. It's very impressive. Sony confirmed today via twitter that Psplus on PS4 will also have instant collection starting with drive club on day 1.

Many have reported bricked ps3's after the recent 4.45 update. Most are 750 gb and 1tb self installed hard drive systems, but better to wait for sony's ok first. If you have ps+ make sure you turn off auto update.
