Gearbox Software's loot-centric first-person shooter Borderlands recently got an update, one that added Steam achievements and new hardware support. That update also may have laid out, in extreme, spoiler-filled detail, the next downloadable expansion for Borderlands. According to contributors to Gearbox's online forums, that new Borderlands patch featured a folder chock full of potential details about the future of the game. Never going to even TRY it. LoL Hardest Difficulty (Zealot Mode). NO NewGame+ carryover weapons/armor/money. NO Checkpoints. You can only save your game THREE TIMES the whole game. Period! NO THANK YOU! I struggled with some sections playing Normal Mode. No way in heck I'm even going to attempt Hardcore.

Anyone besides me pick this one up? I can't really decide whether I like it or not. I thought it was pretty fun for the first half or so, but now that i'm getting towards the end, i'm finding myself just rage quitting because the AI keeps picking the worst paths and always just gets wiped out by lava or water.

Looks pretty awesome. I'm not great at most fighting games these days. I just can't keep up with all those hooligan kids with their "dash cancelling" and "super hyper mega destroy you by quartercircling analog sticks and pressing 13 buttons" moves. This game is a throwback to simpler times, when fighting games didn't have crazy moves you can't pull off. So apparently this game got decent reviews. Anyone want to try it out? It'd be cool to fight Pirates Vs. Ninjas. LoL

We got the Day One edition console and I was curious if anybody was having problems with the wireless Day One controller. It keeps disconnecting despite trying new batteries and different ranges of sitting. I was just curious if this is a widespread issue, because it makes playing games like Battlefield 4 dreadful. Other than that, the console so far is great. It is extremely quiet and I love the new interface of the dashboard and that I can go and check out other things while a game is loading, etc...The snap feature is something I wish the 360 had. So K. and I have been tromping through Castle Crashers now and then searching for hidden things, weaepons, animals, etc. That is, when we actually have -time- together to unwind. Anyone else playing this or have any tips/tricks/general banter? We've downladed the King pack and Necromantic pack as well and are seriously enjoying it.

I am strongly thinking about purchasing the new Xbox 360, although I have no idea what I would do with 250GB, as my current one is 60GB and I have 39GB left. If I do get it, how do I transfer my profile to the new one? Also, would I lose any data at all from the transfer?
