MW2 knifing system explained, by Sajam First and foremost thank you for reading the explanation of the Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 knifing system! I will explain the inter workings of the rather complex, but completely f***ing broken knife ability! To start, how the knife works: Firstly, it doesn't. I mean, not for you. The person that kills you with it, lunges from about 15 feet away. Your pathetic and rubber knife only works at 3 millimeters. That's on a good day, when the knife actually does kill people. You may be wondering, "Why does the knife lunge for some but not for others?" The answer? shlong size. Yes, shlong size. The larger the shlong of the person being k…

Looks like they didn't like the heat they were getting, and put it back up. I successfully disabled auto-renewal. Good job, MS. Please leave it that way. Head on over to https://live.xbox.com/en-US/Account and see if yours is enabled. If it is, and you don't want it to be, disable it!

I took the plunge on it. My daughter was begging for the game since it is one of her favorite series. I have spend a good 4-5hrs with the game and I gotta say I am really liking it. I had some doubts but I am not bothered by the map being the same like I thought I would. The absence of the day/night cycle has not even come to mind yet. The missions have been fun and the super powers breath new life into the game so far. I can't think of a whole lot of other games where you can fully customize your character that has super powers in a open world with fun addictive missions. Cool thing is you can still do all the things you could before. I am happy so far.

So who is getting it?? I was not overly impressed with the multiplayer demo when I tried it way back when but since then I have been seeing more about the game. I am considering it now. Homefront was a bust for me and I did not buy it because I got to try it at a friends and was unimpressed. I have that FPS itch again but am tired of the same old COD war shooters minus battlefield 2 because of the destruction part. I think the biggest draw to this game for me might be the science fiction angle to it. A bit like halo but the idea of the suit and the different upgrades sounds cool. I hear the focus for this game was more towards the single player. I am thinking of giving it…

Has anybody been having issues with Netflix since the update went live? Had no issue while it was the private beta thing, but now I can't even watch a movie. It only works for a minute if that then it starts this spin thing that says it's a 5% and that's it. Does it with every movie and TV show I've tried to watch.

Soo..I don't know if anyone is as excited for this game (I may be one of the few, LoL), but does anyone know if the bonus content (i.e. Nuketown 2025) will be included only with pre-orders placed on the official site? Or if it also applies to pre-orders from Best Buy, etc. That's where I placed my pre-order at so I was just curious. I searched but I haven't been able to come up with any definitive explanation on it.

At the Gearbox panel at PAX today, company president Randy Pitchford told a Borderlands-loving audience that the level cap for that game will be going up from 61 to 69. For zero dollars. "The level cap will now be 69," Pitchford said. "That's the magic number." He said the cap will come out close to the late-October release of the Borderlands Game of the Year edition. Pitchford said that the studio felt that they couldn't go up a full 11 levels, as they did through the paid downloadable content, The Secret Armory of General Knoxx, because they didn't want to put another level cap increase in paid DLC. The way that Borderlands DLC is structured, he said, would have requir…

Well my brother let me borrow Deadspace and I have to say it is a lot of fun. I am into Chapter 2 and having a blast. My only "issue" if you want to call it that is the save stations. I do not always have a lot of time and sometimes emergencies happen. I tend to play at night after the kids and wife are in bed, but on occasion one will wake up and I will need to stop. I have to say it reminds me a lot of Bioshock and Half-Life...

Just wondering if you all would recommend this game? I heard about all the bugs but I wanted to try this. I can get it for $20, seems like a good deal considering all you can do in the game. My other concern is this game having too much morbid subject matter. I can deal with it but when they go too far it's just not enjoyable to me.

Rejoice Elder Scrolls Fans! For I have come bearing news of what you will and shall expect to see in the newest installment of the Elder Scrolls Franchise, The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim. ES5: Skyrim takes place in the Nordic lands of Skyrim(Obviously) which is north of Cyrodiil. You play the role of Dovakiin or Dragonborn, and you will kill many dragons for hours and hours to come. Bethesda actually created an entirely new engine for this game, making game play more crisp and making the draw distance a lot farther than usual. Shadows now cast off anything that should have a shadow, and if you enjoy playing in 3rd person, it's actually possible to do so now. Remember that th…

This could go under news but did not want to post in there since most topics are created by the news team. This could be old news as well. I am sure most of you might of read this somewhere. I read that according to "The Final Hours of Mass Effect 3", an ipad app that allows you to go behind the scenes for the making of the Mass Effect trilogy reports that only 18% of gamers play a Femshep and around 87% use a customized face. The last one is mind boggling to me. 64.59% of gamers play as a soldier! My opinion: I can understand the Femshep thing but for me Hale's voice acting was much better than Meer's. My first character in ME was Femshep and I just stuck with it. I trie…

‘The Awakening’- the first in a three-part Dishonored webisode series entitled ‘The Tales from Dunwall’. These engrossing prequels, scored by Daniel Licht (Dexter) and narrated by Chloe Grace Moretz (Kick Ass), give you a first-hand glimpse into Dishonored’s shadowy whaling world of Dunwall, where plague is rampant and the city is in disarray and on the verge of dystopia. Created by Psyop, each episode was predominantly produced by hand. Each frame was a fully rendered style frame, which was then enhanced with 3D elements to add to the painterly atmosphere, dimension and depth of each shot. Dishonored casts you as a supernatural assassin driven by revenge. Creatively e…
