Fallout New Vegas

Just wondering if you all would recommend this game? I heard about all the bugs but I wanted to try this. I can get it for $20, seems like a good deal considering all you can do in the game. My other concern is this game having too much morbid subject matter. I can deal with it but when they go too far it's just not enjoyable to me.

I played it and enjoyed it, would have finished it if my saves didn't perish in a fire of hard drive failure.

There was nothing morbid, aside from a scene with the Legion dudes (crucifixion and such) but it wasn't that bad, you just walk through a town and see some dudes on crosses, and a Legion guy says some stuff. Something about a lotto where the prize is life. So probably a little morbid :P. That is just one "scene" though. There was nothing that hit me in the face.

It was good, but no Fallout 3. It just didn't hit as hard. Good mods though.

I've been playing it and I like it. I am 9 hours into the game and have yet to advance the main story from when it started. So yeah there is alot of exploring if you are into that kind of thing, lol.

Thanks for the input. I also here of the vaults you explore that are pretty eerie and strange. Sounds like fun. Anyone get really spooked out in this game?

If I remember correctly two of the vaults had really, really good back stories to them. I enjoyed them quite a bit.

Give it a shot...im sure youve spent $20 on worse. Honestly its a good game for wandering around, lots of side quests.
