So I just ordered some new parts for my PC on Newegg today. So, I'm possibly getting one as a graduation present. Who here has one? My main questions are, it's a good e-reader, and is it worth the investment? Also, what are some of the features on it that put it above the rest of the market?

So I read the other day on my pulse app for android about IBM's new super computer. Apparently it's capable of 10 quadrillion calculations per second.. crazy big number. To bring that to perspective, the article said "If every single person in the united states made 1 calculations every second, it would take them almost a year to do what this computer can do in one second." absurd. But they said that it's going to be used to predict climate change, and calculate the expansion of the universe. haha idk i just thought i'd relay some information.

So for years and years now I've been using a TELEVISION (LCD) as a monitor for my computer. For a while I was using a 32" Samsung LCD for the monitor but eventually I needed it for a replacement for my TV while I was waiting for my 52" Sony (which I keep in my bedroomo!) to be fixed. The 32" was pretty huge for a PC monitor, but still since it was a 720p TV it didn't support very many resolutions (which is important for PC monitors). So I've been trying to get a new external HDD for a while, but I never had any money. However, I just won a $50 gift card to Best Buy in a school drawing, and I'm going to start saving up the rest. So under PK's recommendation I set out upon the world and got myself a new Tritton headset. I must say it is one of the best purchases I have made in awhile lol. Thank you PK! The sound quality is amazing. Now I don't feel so compelled to buy a home theater system one day. The ones I got are the Tritton AX 720. I went mid grade because head sets cost way more than I thought they would. It's weird that it never crossed my mine as a must have. Now I can mute the TV and play my games in full sound without bugging anyone. They also work on any console and my Mac! I need a new gaming mouse, and need help deciding which. Right now I have the microsoft/razer habu, and there is a connection issue where it randomly disconnects, sometimes none, sometimes every few seconds. Which kills playing games on pc. Now I don't really have much of any spare cash lying around so being cost effective is important here. Halp?

I think I'm settling on getting a nook color. I want something that is backlit and has android tech. It's not all that an iPad is but the price isn't either. So I got a MIDI keyboard, but the drivers aren't supported for Windows 7 64-bit. So I'm looking for a MIDI keyboard (USB interface) that would be supported by Win7 64-bit so I can use it as an input in the program I use for music production. I'm having a hard time finding one so any suggestions would be amazing.

I am so confuzzled by this monstrosity of a device. I went from a Verizon EnV2 phone to this thing. It's going to take a loooooong time to get used to. Any good free apps I should get right away? Can you watch Netflix streaming on this thing? (I was told you could). Any advice? I have a nice leather kickstand case and the cool matte finish screen protectors.

Is this a big no-no or something? I read conflicting reports online about stuff, but I can clearly find some Apps for it in the Market (Like PDANet and EasyTether, both which cost about $9.99) Apparently I can use my Droid (unlimited data plan) as an internet service provider. The programs claim you can even use it to use your 360 or PS3 wirelessly with the connection. Any truths to this? Would I get in trouble with Verizon for using it in this way? What could they possibly do even to stop me?

After seeing this video I have decided that WP7 is my next phone: That is HOT! It's a Zune + XBLA launchpad + HOTNESS! So I sold my Tritton AX 720's for $100 on eBay yesterday. Bought the AX PRO'S on amazon for $160 today, should be here later this week. Wondering what people that have these think, did I make a good decision? looked around for comparisons but everyone is a fanboy of either Tritton, Turtle Beach, or Astros so its tough to find any non skewed opinions. I loved my AX 720's but I was starting to want more so I needed an upgrade, I was looking elsewhere since Tritton was bought by madcatz, and madcatz sucks so I was worried. But I'm giving them another chance cause they have made me happy so far.
