  1. The fact that she asked her own father "were you there?" really infuriates me. She wouldn't have asked that unless coached to do so via this test. http://www.snopes.com/photos/signs/sciencetest.asp

A 12-year-old boy is being praised for his courage after confronting a police officer who parked his motorcycle on a sidewalk. The boy, whose name is Jeremy, confronted the Las Vegas Metro officer who had parked illegally on the sidewalk while he went to buy a soda at a 7-Eleven store. During the conversation, which was captured on video, Jeremy asks the officer why he chose to park on the sidewalk and if he had an emergency reason to do so, prompting the officer to reply, "Because I can." The boy then asks the officer for his badge number, but the officer refuses. The officer then accused Jeremy of loitering before driving away. http://www.thedenverchannel.com/news…

http://world.time.com/timelapse/ This is pretty damn interesting. 30 years of satellite images time lapsed to show how the world has changed. Click Explore the World and you can look at pretty much anywhere over the last 29 years.

The pictures, worth the look Photographer Murad Osmann creatively documents his travels around the world with his girlfriend leading the way in his ongoing series known as Follow Me To. Chronicling his adventures on Instagram, the Russian photographer composes each shot in a similar fashion. We see each landscape from the photographer's point of view with his extended hand holding onto his girlfriend's in front of him. This is awesome.

  9. Wow. So a little while ago it was ruled that the government actually needs a warrant in order to physically place a GPS tracking device on your vehicle. Just recently however a judge released a 30 page decision saying that the government absolutely does not need a warrant to request, use, and track your location data generated by your cell phone (and presumably other electronic devices). Basically what it amounts to is unless you turn your cell phone completely OFF, the government is within their rights to track and use that data to their heart's content. Given the ubiquity and celebrity of geolocation technologies, an individual has no legitimate expectation of …

I am failing out of college(yet to tell my parents). I need to go away for awhile and figure out what I am actually gonna do with myself. I can't keep pretending that I can make up all of the lost time I took from alot of people. I just wanted to say I loved every minute here, and i'm actually crying a little bit right now. Now I am gonna go let my parents know the last 2 years have been full of nothing but me wasting thousands of their dollars so I could fuck around. I love all of you. -Tyler "Sholtz" Laster

So, I've been pretty busy at work the last couple of weeks, and it looks like I'm going to stay busy for the next month. I'll keep an eye on the place, but my activity is going to stay pretty low. Once it's all settled back down there will be a massive forum bomb.

No, really. But a cool one. Been missing lately more than the norm, because Minon's been training for Battle of the Nations - and I've been both helping out and training alongside him. I'm not going to do it, but can't hurt to build up stamina, right? In case you're wondering what it is, it's basically REAL LIFE Chivalry. And it's pretty awesome. It's essentially a stamina battle, and once you're down on three points, you're considered "dead". It's pretty freaking brutal. There's no "safe" areas, so headshots, everything are valid just like an actual battle. You have to have high grade armour too. Minion's forging some of his own - but things like the helmet e…

Gaming gives Nori Fox's autistic son Gavin a way to grow and develop on his own. 48 million Xbox Live members. 48 million stories. Nori is a wonderful lady. I've known her (via the internet) for several years. She is also the world's greatest baker of fudge brownies. You can try and dispute that, but you'd be WRONG. I have tasted her fudge brownies and no one can match them. No one. Despite all the negative press Xbox is receiving right now, I am glad they are making videos like these. Someone needs to show the positive side of video gaming, and this for sure is a positive light being shown. Rock on, Gavin!

http://imgur.com/a/O6N99 The newest addition to the grand list of Coolest Things Ever is being unveiled in New York today: the Lego X-Wing, the largest Lego model ever built. The model of the classic Star Wars fighter being unveiled in Times Square has a wingspan of 44 feet and comes complete with R2-D2 and a full range of sound effects. It’s a super-duper-sized version ofStar Wars Lego starfighter set #9493 and was made with 5,335,200 Lego bricks. That, according to Lego, makes it the largest model ever built, eclipsing the Lego robot at the Mall of America by some 2 million bricks. This replica of the Rebel Alliance dogfighter is 42 times the size of the Lego versio…

  25. Oh Florida. You never cease to amaze. 70 year old retired Lieutenant Colonel Ralph Wald awoke around midnight on March 10th to the sound of moaning. Upon entering the living room he discovered 32 year old Walter Conley being quite randy with his 41 year old wife, Johnna Lynn Flowers directly on the floor of the room. Walter also happened to be an ex-boyfriend of Johnna. Rather than disturbing the carnal act, Ralph slipped into his bedroom to grab his .38 revolver, and returned. Ralph shot the man once in the stomach and once in the head, killing him instantly. Now here's the thing. The prosecuters attempted to portray ol' Ralph as a jealous husband who couldn'…
