Ok, so you went off the beaten path, be sure to post it here.

  1. It's a verrrrrry long story about why I need luck, but long story short is my grandfather who is in a nursing home that I visit a few times a week to play chess and stuff gifted me his fully restored 1932 Plymouth Coupe. There is a ton of family drama and in-fighting (my mom is the first of nine kids), and the car has been sitting in the lobby of one of my uncle's business. i'm going to my attorney's office today at 12:30 and him, my mom and I are travelling up to get it and flatbed it back to my house to stick in my garage for the winter. I'll post some pics if all goes well.

Winner of DLC Quest #1 Congratulations, LG! Please send me a PM with your email. Thank you. Winner of Valdis Story: Abyssal City #1 Congratulations, Antoinette. I will trade you that game over Steam since it is in my inventory there. Now for some explanations on why only a few names were in the drawing when it looked like more than three had entered. Some already had both games but wanted to make a funny post anyways. I was totally cool with that. Another had just won another giveaway and he wanted to make a post as well. All good. Since there were only three, I'm going to make sure all my contestants win something. Keep your eyes and ears open, Dateranoth. =)…

  13. It's been a while since I posted a WTF link, but this one is just toooooo strange and cringe-worthy. Yes, I'm going to mask the link with tinyurl because the link title would give it away and I want you to cringe yourself. (Not sure if safe for work considering the content, but it's not super graphic or pictures or contain any boobage). http://tinyurl.com/cwe9w7d YIKES!!!!!!

Why does no one post anymore? It's so boring to come here and have only five threads active for the whole day, with one or two new posts. It's only really active when Dat does a mass posting on all the threads he's missed and commented on like twenty different things. You don't have to write out full paragraphs describing your feelings on the situation, just a comment here and there, sharing a video or link that you found interesting or funny, anything. This place feels like home and I've honestly never felt like going active on any other forum because of that, but the place feels empty now. So I entreat you, post. Post, my good people. Post and let this community th…

  15. I don't think a dropkick would have been too excessive for this little punk. The police say they've been called to the school twice before and both times the officers were able to talk the boy down. This time it would seem, that wasn't an option. I'm certain many will use the scapegoat of video games, music and movies, but at what point do we start to look at the parents and demand some amount of responsibility for the actions of there childern? Are we so emasculated as a society, where we're now held as psychological prisoners to our childern and completely afraid to be parents, so ridiculous outburst such as these don't ever make there way outside of the home? Some kids…

  16. Watching her squirm made me the happiest I've been in months. She knows what she's saying is a complete set of grade A bullshit. Still, she didn't squirm a fraction of what dispensary owners did when their places were raided by her agency.

Does this make you wet yourself in nerd joy? It does that to me too. Let us combine two of our favorite things, gaming and alcohol. Ingredients: Blue Curacao Vodka Lemonade Cointreau Rum Orangina Small tumblers Directions: “This drink is, of course, designed to resemble the two coloured portals from the excellent sci-fi puzzle game. For the blue version, get a small tumbler and pour in 10ml of Blue Curacao, 10ml of vodka and top up with lemonade. For orange you’ll need another tumbler, this time filled with 10ml of Cointreau, 10ml of rum and Orangina. If you fancy, you can jazz the glasses up with coloured sugar rims. Simply pour some sugar into a sandwich bag with the…

The Tsar Bomba. During the Cold War, American and Soviet military leaders temporarily forgot why nuclear bombing yourself was a bad idea. The "nuclear weapons tests" conducted on home soil were officially for research purposes. In reality, each explosion was the military equivalent of punching your fist into your open hand and pointing at the guy whose *** is totally grass. Anyone close enough to wonder why it was suddenly so windy and blinding were told the explosions were being set off at a safe distance. For instance, Area 51, the army base in the middle of the Nevada desert (where conspiracy theorists believe the Army is reverse-engineering UFOs), was actually one of …

Nothing is quite as strong as the bond you have with your pet. I just wanted to share my two dogs. Here is the first we got when we moved into our house around 7 years ago. We adopted her when she was about1 and a half. This is my girl Nugget. A purbread golden. She passed a few years ago. Had a lot of kidney problems as she kept along but she got a solid 8 or 9 years. She was a great dog. This is the only picture I could snap. Keep this up on our fireplace! Now here comes the derp. This is Cookie. She's a purebread black lab. We got here as just a little pup of 2 or 3 months. She came along when Nugget was around 2 or 3 years old. They were the closest I've ever s…

Okay, this may or may not be just a thinly veiled post so I can show off my new system that most of you guys know I just picked up. Anyhoo, here goes. Kinda hard to see in the lighting, but this photo consists of an Insignia 55" LCD 1080p TV, Xbox 360 Elite, PS 3, hi def DTV/DVR satellite box, a Denon AVR 1910 receiver, Klipsch RPW-10 subwoofer, and a set of B&W DM 570 main speakers. The speakers are a little dated, but anyone familiar with B&W products will know that they produce awesome speakers. These are on plant shelves above and behind me where I sit in my living room. The wire on the one speaker only shows for the couple of feet you can see in the pic. …

So I made a post awhile back about Ash going to a special school now. She's still studying to be in the vet field. SHE MADE THE HONOR ROLL!!! She has a grade point average of 3.25. This is the first time EVER for her. She is doing so good! A month ago, due to her good grades we paid for drivers ed and drivers training ($350 bucks!). She finished the drivers ed, and took the test. The kid passed it first go, and only missed 1! She had her first test drive, and is now driving with her dad. She LOVES driving! Funny thing? Ian is 20 and she is not even 16 yet and she'll probably have her license before he will. He'd rather ride his bike lol. But he does have his permit to…
