He uses nothing but the sounds from a video or movie, to make his songs. One he actually did for Disney Assassin got me hooked.

The only concert I have really been to is Ozzie, and that was at Blizzcon a couple years back, so it doesn't really count. Tonight I'm going to see Lindsey Stirling. I.can't. wait

Rapper Chris Kelly, the "Mac Daddy" to to Chris Smith's "Daddy Mac", was pronounced dead yesterday evening from an apparent drug overdose. He was 34 years old. Kriss Kross was a early 90's duo famous for wearing the clothes backwards. They reunited earlier this year to perform and it's kind of sad because when I was younger (I was like 12 when "Jump" came out) I totally remember jamming out to their music. My brothers and sisters even used to tease me by singing "Warm it up" and I would just respond "I'm about to!" Sad that drugs takes another young life. Tribute:

Just wondering if anybody here uses FL Studio 9? I just bought FL Studio 9 Producer Edition today and I'm way more impressed with it than I thought I would be.

Does anyone here like dubsteppp? It's all I've been listening to for like the past week. Sick music if you hear it on a good system. (Ignore the intro on this one)You can do it! - Cookie Monsta Jahova - Rusko Retreat - Datsik

Bought Muse's new album The 2nd Law. I have always been a big fan of theirs since the album Absolution. Muse has always been a good band. They have great showmanship, always put on a good show, and have been able to change their sound without getting completely lost. With this album I had heard they they were going to have dubstep influences and was a little weary of how that was going to turn out. I enjoy good dubstep but it's easy to take it too far these days with everybody jumping on the bandwagon. I was pleased though when they used dubstep on a couple of songs and didn't make that the main focus of the song. They worked with Skrillex and Nero which are pretty…

Any recommendations of some easy/free programs to use? I've about worn out my usage of Ezmuze+ on the 360, and i love creating music.

This is the guy from the mystery team movie, and is a comedian. I had no clue he was a musician either and this song is off the hook. http://youtu.be/E7IPOIQoxMw

http://www.americansongwriter.com/2013/05/full-album-stream-dillon-hodges-rumspringa/ We’re excited to bring you Rumspringa, the debut album from promising young folk artist and champion flat-picker Dillon Hodges. “Rumspringa is an album made up of fictional stories and characters,” Hodges tells American Songwriter. “However, I have learned it is nearly impossible for me to write a song without leaving a reflection of myself between the lines. The title of the record may actually be the most revealing. For the Amish, Rumspringa is a period of time during adolescence where a youth can leave the community and experience the outside world. For me, when I made this recor…

link I'm not to big into Dream Theater, but I have a few of there albums, and I haven't heard anything by them that I don't like. Avenged Sevenfold on the other hand, I really don't like a majority of their songs.

So, I haven't written any posts about the concerts I've been to lately (many of them have been work related), so I thought I'd sit down to talk about the U2 show I was at yesterday. To begin, I left my house around 2 pm to go downtown to tailgate with my brother and a friend of mine from work along with his buddy. I parked in a lot near the venue (Heinz Field) so we could tailgate, other lots won't let you grill, drink etc., and parking cost $35! My friend showed up about a half hour later and we started drinking a bit. We didn't have a portable grill so he bought a disposable grill for $6 (an aluminum pan that comes with charcoal and a grill to place on top). That was th…

So, this band recently released their freshman dics and it has been getting mad air play. Honestly, I can't remember a fresh band that created so much buzz since the Killers dropped Hot Fuss. I saw them play their lead single on Jimmy Kimmel at the beginning of the summer, right as they were about to hit it big, and I just knew they were destined for big things. Also, I watched this video on Vimeo a few months ago and thought the track was pretty sweet. Checked them out on facebook and they only had about 9,000 fans. Big difference now!

Hey, I have all of my electronic music on my new YouTube channel as well as my Bandcamp page. I don't play games all the time, so music is about the only thing I can contribute. XD YouTube page: http://www.youtube.com/user/cpsofficial Bandcamp: http://countstep.bandcamp.com/

Anybody know of a decent MP3 that is not too expensive ($50 or under) and is not an Apple product? I have nothing against Apple just don't want to deal with them again after past issues with an iTouch. I mainly need a new MP3 player just for when I go running in the evenings.
