Epic announced a Gears of War 3 multiplayer beta, and dedicated servers. I am extremely excited about this, especially the dedicated servers part. There's threads for the add-ons but not the real game, until now. I do thusly believe Capcom has done a goodjob with this game. They took Dead Rising 1, cloned it, modded it, then fixed all the things that needed to be fixed. The combo weapon system is fairly "kickin," however with so many items to combine, it is challenging to put the right pieces together. The bosses are extremely difficult, and not made to be beaten the first playthrough. I was really dissapointed with the multiplayer system. Especially after playing Halo's stream lined matchmaking. Geez! Rockband 3 is going to be expensive!! It's fun but who can afford it all? I have some things but I am still using the Rock Band 1 Drums and Guitar lol. Game Disc + Keyboard: $129.99 Rockband 3 Drums + Cymbals: $129.99 , Cymbals alone are $39.99 Pro Guitar: $150 (don't need it but looks awesome) MIDI PRO adapter $39.99 (probably need if using pro guitar) This is getting ridiculous lol! OddWorld: Stranger's Wrath was originally an Xbox exclusive. It's being re-released, but at this time it will only be on the PS3. Do you find this odd? According to the developer, Just Add Water, it's not because they don't WANT to give 360 users some OddWorld lovin'. Microsoft at this time has a 2GB limit for XBLA titles, and right now the game is weighing in at a hefty 2.1GB which places it outside the box of a XBLA release. It’s a Teasey McTease for sure, but above is the newly released logo for Rockstar Games’ last bit of downloadable content for Red Dead Redemption, the Undead Nightmare Pack. While it doesn't impart any useful information about the DLC, it does bring with it the promise of something rather surprising: a spaghetti western meets grindhouse flick. Well, it turns out the leaked blurry image of Chuck and what appears to be Frank, fighting side by side that PK posted, is real! At Capcom's Tokyo Game Show press briefing Dead Rising made an unexpected appearance. Dead Rising 2 isn't even out, yet Capcom is already talking about what comes next. Dead Rising: Case West is an epilogue that takes place after the events in Dead Rising 2. In this act, Chuck, Dead Rising 2's star, will team up with Frank West, the protagonist from Dead Rising 1. Rumors have long swirled throughout the video game industry that a western developer was working on the next installment of Devil May Cry. These rumors were confirmed today at Capcom's Toyko Game Show press briefing. Brithish developer Ninja Theory (Heavenly Sword, Enslaved) is developing the next installment.
