I know you've probably heard of the Aurora Borealis (Northern Lights), but this is a picture of the Aurora Australis (Southern Lights). Yesterday, the lifeguards had the red flags flying (which means no swimming because it's not safe conditions), but today they didn't. So my little brother and I went over to the beach this morning at like 10ish and were out in the water boogie boarding and swimming. The current was pretty strong today though. It's mardi gras weekend and I've managed to go to one parade so far. (It rained all day Saturday so I didn't go out, but I do plan on doing things tomorrow) The pics aren't the greatest quality, and I didn't get many as my phone died. Well, went to San Diego and met up with my mother. TC is right...it's a really beautiful city. We ended up getting the Presidential Suite in the hotel we stayed at. Neither my mother or I were expecting that. Unbelievably, I ended up tripping my first day and landed weird and tore my right bicep tendon though. Can you effing believe it? Some of you may recall that I tore my left tendon around September of last year. I'm beginning to worry that I have some kind of degenerative disease affecting my tendons or something. Just wanted to post here while I fight sleep before going back to work tomorrow. Been off for 11 days and have to go back tomorrow. Love vacation, but damn, that first day back, sucks. Hope everyone had a good Memorial Day weekend. We ended up grilling some good burgers, and I actually played some games. My grass is about three feet tall, and I have to deal with that tomorrow. However, it was worth procrastinating.

What's up gang, I know I've been pretty hit or miss pretty much the last 10 months or so but I know most of you understand. Just wanted to update y'all. Getting out of here in less that two months WOOT! Saved a bunch of money and got a new toy. Can anyone say MacFag? Yep, I bought a Macbook Pro 15". Probably the best purchase I've made in a long time. Things are still popping over here so don't let the news fool you. Can't discuss it, but I'm sure you'll hear about it soon enough.
