Thanks for the heads up PK! Only on episode 2 and I'm loving it.

Robocop gets rebooted in this big-screen MGM production from director José Padilha. The picture will once again surround a slain police officer (played by The Killing's Joel Kinnaman) who gets resurrected as a crime-fighting cyborg until memories of his previous life begin to make him doubt his corrupt corporate overlords. Gary Oldman co-stars as the doctor who suffers a crisis-of-conscience after bringing life back to the man in the form of a mechanical body and reprogrammed brain, while Samuel L. Jackson plays a larger-than-life media mogul. Opens February 7, 2014 Runtime:1 hr 42 min Cast Joel Kinnaman - Alex Murphy / Robocop Gary Oldman - Norton Samuel L. Jackson -…

J.J. Abrams and Steven Spielberg are teaming up to make J.J.'s next film, Super 8. Very little is known at this point, but if you saw Iron Man 2 this past weekend, you probably saw the trailer. This will be a very Spielberg-esque film, a la Close Encounters or E.T. It will be released under Spielberg's Amblin Entertainment label and set in 1979. Trailer below looks AMAZING if you are a J.J./Spielberg fan. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iPcta5V5dA0

Just came on amc. Been a long time since i watched it. Feels strange to type this considering the direction both he and his career went, but despite the all star cast, if it werent for val fucking kilmer as doc gd holiday, this movie would not be legendary... ...BUT IT IS!

So yeah, that was something. Hope it gets better, but with stuff like the housewives lining up and paying for that^ - I might be hoping too much.

Recently rented Occulus and The Conjuring, Occulus was ok The Conguring was great, really good Halloween flick and got me interested in the Annabelle doll, also have watched The Thing and Young Frankenstein my go to Halloween movies, need to get The Thing (2011) on disc it was ok but the first one is the best (1984), anyways what are your favorite Halloween movies or what have you seen recently that is good?

The origin story of the man who becomes Dracula. http://youtu.be/hZFZxEnB7ws

So Adult Swim broadcast some weird like credits roll parody for a show called Too Many Cooks. Try and watch the whole 11 some minutes. I would totally watch this show hahaha

Watched this tonight. If any of you are into Terry Gilliam films (Brazil etc), this movie is for you. He of course didn't direct this, but it's very reminiscent of his past works.

Anyone watch this? Pretty great flick.

beyond sam's dream, i like where it's going. good to see ol' bill finally not biling things up. i was worried we'd never be able to reinstate his man card. all in all, strong opener. can't wait for sunday.

So, I just went and saw this. Have to say that I loved it. Not exactly a super story movie, but hard core action all the way. Again, really good movie. Worth seeing in the theater.

Any other fans? What are your favorites and do You prefer english sub/dub? Mine are: Naruto Shippuden, Full Metal Alchemist, Death Note, One Piece, Soul Eater and Bleach. I usually watch the English dubs but I don't mind subs as on some shows the english dubs are pretty hard to listen to. Also a great website to watch anime is http://www.animeratio.com/

A look at the relationship between the famous physicist Stephen Hawking and his wife. http://youtu.be/Salz7uGp72c

I went to see this today, and I have to say I loved it! Much better than the last Star Wars film continuing the story. There was a few scenes too close to Uncanny Valley territory due to bringing back some original faces, but overall it was a fantastic movie. Bit slow to start, but turned out to be a very great movie in the Star Wars universe.

Seven noble families fight for control of the mythical land of Westeros. Does anyone watch this show? I never heard of it until last week and watched all of the first season. This has to be the best show out there. This actually knocks Lost and BSG down some spots on my list. I'm almost mad at myself for watching this and only one season is out because I want to see more. It's actually sort of different in the fact that I wasn't able to guess how the story was going to progress. You will think a certain character will go in one direction and actually either be killed or fade out. The story actually suprises me, and it sort of pisses me off as well. I figured it would pr…

Anyone gonna go see it? I really want to but I just remember how the last one sucked (and Shane probably won't take me because of that). The commercials look good though....

"In April, history was made in the world’s most famous garbage dump. After years of speculation spanning countless conspiracy theories, the legend was confirmed: unsold copies of the Atari game E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial were found buried deep outside the dusty town of Alamogordo, New Mexico. While the result of the dig itself was big news (after all, E.T. almost single-handedly destroyed the game industry in the early ‘80s), it’s only one part of a much larger story. That story is finally being told in the upcoming documentary “Atari: Game Over.” Featuring interviews with everyone from the creator of the game to the denizens of Alamogordo, this is one story you won’t wan…

So, me and a group of friends usually go to each others house every weekend and chill/watch movies. The general genre of movies we like are horror movies, but so far the movies we've watched are anything but scary. Does anyone have any recommendations of good horror movies on Netflix that we can watch?
