Well all know that the video game retailer, GAME, has been in financial troubles. If you live in Australia and you had pre-ordered tomorrow's Diablo 3 from them it's very possible that A) You're not getting the game and You'll never get a cent of the money you put down to pre-order back from the store. This was the text message you receive if the store you pre-ordered from was not going to be receiving stock of the game: Due to the appointment of an administrator to our business this morning, it is with regret that I inform you all that our stores will not be receiving any stock of diablo 3. Because of this, we regrettably will be unable to fulfill any pre-orders. Al…

I've found a bunch of ClapTrap Audio files on the web, and would like to share them with you guys. They make a perfect ring tone, I'm currently using the one where Claptrap goes "I'm Dancin, I'm Dancin!!" I uploaded them to Mediafire, so they're separate files. Just download the ones you want, or all of them if you feel like it. Ok, I'll name them. That way it will be easier for you guys to pick which one you want to download: "Haha!!" Click Here "Hey there, stranger!" Click Here "Did you know?" Click Here "I'm over here!" Click Here "Annnnnnnnd open!" Click Here "Oww!" Click Here "Wait...Is that? Oh no! Not again, ruuuuuun!!" Article here http://www.pcworld.com/article/2893767/pc-gamers-wont-pay-to-play-xbox-live-games-online-and-console-owners-are-furious.html I don't know, maybe it's me, but isn't "free online multiplayer" one of the perks of gaming on a PC? It's an open platform free of any paywall restrictions *xbox live - PSN*.

Hope it's a good one.

CNN’s Sanjay Gupta, a neurosurgeon, apologized on Wednesday for publicly opposing marijuana legalization, saying science was clearly on the side of the drug. “I think we have been terribly and systematically misled in this country for some time, and I did part of that misleading,” he told CNN host Piers Morgan. http://youtu.be/1Tqg2y3yYR0 http://www.rawstory.com/rs/2013/08/07/cnns-sanjay-gupta-americans-terribly-and-systematically-misled-about-marijuana/

Way back in the day I posted I was going to get my first tattoo which ended up being this: Got my 2nd one 2 days ago for my birthday which is today!!

http://gamercide.org/?p=1376 I HAD to post this on Gamercide. This is too funny.

http://imgur.com/gallery/U8keS Found this on Imgur while trying to upload a picture to share with ya'll. From the ones that loaded for me, they looked pretty sweet. I think there is a thread on reddit about it, that is what the source linked to. [This may need to be moved to photos.]

So I was going through some gaming forums and found numerous threads pointing out that they found the game offensive. The main complaint was the death sequences of the main character, which appears to be a small boy. There are also images of what appear to be other children hung by their necks. Now, I don't agree that the game is offensive, per se, but I could see where some could be offended by the imagery. I want to get your thoughts. What do you think, offensive or no? {This should go without saying, but don't start any arguments or I'll kill the thread. Be nice!!}

It looks like some specs from both new consoles from Sony and Microsoft are hitting the net. Xbox State of the art 16-core IBM Power PC CPU with a graphics processor on par with AMD's Radeon HD 7000-series graphics cards Playstation Custom chips based on AMD's A8-3850 APU and Radeon HD 7670 GPU With those in mind, what exactly are your thoughts on a new console? Are you ready to jump right in, or have you contemplated switching to PC gaming? Do you think this current cycle is ready to be over? Do you think the games for these new consoles will go up in price? [Source of specs - CVG]

Hey gang just wanted to stop in and say hi....HI. it's been a while but life's been busy. Between work and school and the kid and now my rent-a-son. Been busy. Haha. But just wanted to drop in on a slow moment

All pitched in and bought me a 360! I had to use gift cards and all but the purchase went smoothly enough. So I am now back online! Consider this your advance warning! lol

The House of Mouse has officially killed LucasArts and cancelled Star Wars 1313 and all other projects that were in development. I would say this is a sad day, but in all honesty Star Wars Kinect was the last game they developed and released and we all know how that turned out. “After evaluating our position in the games market, we’ve decided to shift LucasArts from an internal development to a licensing model, minimizing the company’s risk while achieving a broader portfolio of quality Star Wars games," LucasArts parent company LucasFilm said in a statement. "As a result of this change, we’ve had layoffs across the organization. We are incredibly appreciative and proud …

You all know I'm a bit awkward. But since we all just talk online you may not have known that part of it was I don't like to actually touch people. Going to kung fu was part of me trying to get past that, but recently I had an awesome experience at a summer camp/workshop called IGNITE and had some emotional breakthroughs of sorts. It wasn't religious or anything (you know I'm not into that), the camp was motivational in nature ("inspiring today's youth"). I'm honestly really sorry I didn't share any of this sooner since I made some big write ups on Facebook and have been neglecting this place, but I really have been kind of busy lately with life too (work, kung fu, co…

Woooo! 21! Super important day, and on a FRIDAY no less! Go out and have yourself some fun. Be careful though and don't over do it!

Before I announce the winner of the Remember Halo personalized prize pack, I want to say thank you to everyone who participated. We had a great response from the Gamercide community. The winner of the personalized Halo pack was decided by an old fashioned hat drawing of the names of the gamertags that participated. The winner of a personalized custom wireless controller and a personlized framed Halo photo done by myself is……. STEALTHY SHADOWS Congratulations go out to Stealthy and again many thanks to all those that participated in Remembering Halo. View the full article

HAPPY BIRTHDAY NIGHTWING!!!

That thread about The Pro got me thinking..that's the first time I've even looked at the Xbox Forums in a LONG time. Brought me back to the days we were nearly all active on them and there were some funny moments..can anyone remember any? I need a laugh.. Anyone remember that girl stalker I had who found me from the forums and posted about? She kept on sending me pics of herself and coming on to me

So, I'm going to break down and pay full price for a game. Something I haven't done in a long ass time. I've narrowed it down to a few choices and wanted to get your help. Below are the options: Gears of War Judgement God of War Ascension Sly Cooper 4 Injustice: Gods Among Us I'm leaning towards Injustice. I've really dug the comics and the iOS version is getting the hell played out of it. Already have Tomb Raider, Bioshock Infinite, Dishonored, X-Com...blah blah blah.... Go forth my good Gamercide family and discuss!

Hey again guys. Sorry I've been away for quite a time (over 6 months I think.) I've been through two semesters of junior college in the meantime and haven't even really been gaming much until now. I've been taking my semesters slow but after next spring I should be finished. Let's see, I also went through my first sorta girlfriend and my first actual girlfriend in that period, both lasting about a month and ending in heartbreak so I'm basically back to where I was before, just a little more disappointed and slightly more experienced emotionally. Other than online folk like you guys I still don't really have IRL friends to actually hang with, so when those relations…
