So under PK's recommendation I set out upon the world and got myself a new Tritton headset. I must say it is one of the best purchases I have made in awhile lol. Thank you PK! The sound quality is amazing. Now I don't feel so compelled to buy a home theater system one day. The ones I got are the Tritton AX 720. I went mid grade because head sets cost way more than I thought they would. It's weird that it never crossed my mine as a must have. Now I can mute the TV and play my games in full sound without bugging anyone. They also work on any console and my Mac! I am very happy with the ones I got and recommend getting something even if you go a little cheaper than I did. It…

Is this a big no-no or something? I read conflicting reports online about stuff, but I can clearly find some Apps for it in the Market (Like PDANet and EasyTether, both which cost about $9.99) Apparently I can use my Droid (unlimited data plan) as an internet service provider. The programs claim you can even use it to use your 360 or PS3 wirelessly with the connection. Any truths to this? Would I get in trouble with Verizon for using it in this way? What could they possibly do even to stop me?

Was looking around a bit. Was wondering what you guys think of these setups, if any you'd recommend. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883229362&nm_mc=KNC-GoogleAdwords&cm_mmc=KNC-GoogleAdwords-_-pla-_-Desktop+PCs-_-N82E16883229362&gclid=CITvt6qgsLYCFdFT4AodcCYAkg http://www.bestbuy.com/site/CyberPowerPC+-+Gamer+Ultra+Desktop+-+8GB+Memory+-+1TB+Hard+Drive/6897999.p?id=1218811215113&skuId=6897999&ref=06&loc=01&ci_src=14110944&ci_sku=6897999&extensionType={adtype}:{network}&s_kwcid=PTC!pla!{keyword}!{matchtype}!{adwords_producttargetid}!{network}!{ifmobile:M}!{creative} http://www.walmart.com/ip/17811825?wmls…

So, this is the chip I've been waiting for to upgrade. I don't know that I will until I see the benchmarks, but it's getting close to time to move on from this i7 970. The prices are steep, but not out of the realm of reason if the performance proves to be what is expected. http://www.techspot.com/news/53447-enthusiast-class-ivy-bridge-e-cpus-get-priced-ahead-of-launch.html

So I just ordered some new parts for my PC on Newegg today. Hopefully I should be getting them tomorrow, but definitely thursday at the latest. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127510 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817371015 I'm upgrading from my stock 250W power supply and a miserable Nvidia 9500GS.

Just bought these...

The A40's I was going to buy on Amazon are not eligible for prime. So ok. I have to pay for shipping. W/E right? Shipping on this item is $30 for 3-5 days! 2 day shipping is: *Wait for it* $61! I just am not going to do that. It's the same on the Astros website. WTF?! NO. Anyone else feel this is excessive?

I know someone had posted about modding their NookColor. I wanna mod it or whatever, to use it for web browsing (more than it already does). Can someone help me please?? I don't wanna screw up my Nook.

Chris may have already hinted at this, but Google is having a special giving away 10 different apps for just 10 cets a piece. Pretty easy decision for me since I can pay for these by adding them to my phone bil. http://bit.ly/v6o67R

I'm surprised this hasn't been posted at all. This device is available for preorder now. NVIDIA Shield SHIELD runs pure Android with the latest version of the Android Jelly Bean OS. It’s also powered by the NVIDIA Tegra 4 mobile processor, clocked up to 1.9Ghz, and paired with 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of onboard storage (expandable to 64 GB more with a microSD card slot). The 5-inch 720p HD retinal touchscreen serves up high-resolution eye candy, while the integrated stereo bass reflex speakers pump out loud audio. And a robust battery means you’ll enjoy a whole lot more gaming, videos, music, and web browsing. I wasn't that interested in it until I read about the PC …

Yeah I said it .. and I decided to post that here instead of the 360 thread because .. well .. I want to get the Playstation Move also. I said many times before .. I played the crap out of Wii Sports but after that Nintendo and the Wii had nothing to offer. At least with Microsoft and Sony, once I'm bored with the motion controls I'll be able to play a good game like Gears or Killzone. I was pretty unimpressed with the Kinect for a long time but lately I'm taking a more active role in the "De-Fattening" of myself and started using going to the gym on a more consistent schedule and today I started up Wii Fit again. The thing about Kinect that interests me is that it can s…

So, this is an interesting video to watch. Shows some real world load times between a high end SSD, a relatively cheap one, and a NAS Disk Drive. Pretty clear you don't want to use a mechanical drive anymore for loading windows or playing games from. http://www.techspot.com/news/67222-storage-real-world-performance-nvme-vs-sata-vs-hdd.html

Round One....... FIGHT! I don't know. I think it will be a close battle IMO.

Wassup guys i recently bought two Astro A40 Headset online. One for Xbox 360 & One for Pc(Steam ) Use. It costed me 350.00 $$ . What do you guys think??

I think I'm settling on getting a nook color. I want something that is backlit and has android tech. It's not all that an iPad is but the price isn't either. Any thoughts from members about this subject? I could use some imput. The price for this product is listed at $249 and seems to be reasonable for what it offers. seen here

Got my hands on this the day it launch, stood in line for 9 hours at an AT&T store. 16GB black. Worth every dime I invested into buying it and waiting for it through the rain. Maybe, I'll get some pictures up of it if I can ever find my damn memory card for my camera. Until then for those who were thinking about it and are scared about the issues plaguing the phone. Nothing on my end to report.

hone Story, an iOS game designed to highlight workers rights issues in the supply chain and production of Apple's iPhone, has been removed from the App Store due to a violation of Apple's review guidelines. The game, from Every Day The Same Dream team MolleIndustria, consists of a series of four mini-games "that make the player symbolically complicit in coltan extraction in Congo, outsourced labor in China, e-waste in Pakistan and gadget consumerism in the West," according to the official web site. But shortly after the game was announced and made available for purchase on the App Store earlier this morning, MolleIndustria tweeted that it had been removed for violating fo…

My old phone LG Vu My new phone Samsung Focus This is probably the best phone I've ever purchased and I'm not just saying that because I have a new toy, this thing is just fantastic all around. Fastest web browers I've seen on a phone and one of the best OS I've ever used.

Thoughts? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834230142&Tpk=ASUS%20G74SX-NH71 I've always heard good things about the new ASUS Republic of Gamers series of laptops and this one is pretty awesome for the price. Size/weight of the laptop doesn't really matter to me.

I've have a 27 inch Insignia LCD for about 8 years now and its finally on its way out, so pretty much im looking for something similarly sized that isn't to expensive. Any brand recommendations?

Decided to post this here since i suppose it's a "gadget" of some sort? I REALLY hope that this isn't real. LOL I can't imagine it is, but jesus this is stupid!!!!
