A forthcoming Justice Department report on the Ferguson Police Department has found that city officials engage in practices that discriminate against black residents and routinely violate the Constitution and federal law, according to officials familiar with the results of the investigation. Well, I don't live in Boston, but we had our share of too much snow here in KY. However, I have to be proud of our neighborhood today. We started with this. And after banding together with shovels, one neighbor who's dad brought a snow blower and a girl who's boyfriend who did a quick pass with a plow on the road. We have this: Plus several neighbors brought out shine and other various goodies. Was a great day to be snowed in. Rare to say I love my neighbors, but there it is. Hope everyone is staying warm.

So I've been writing my entire life, as most of you who've known me already know. Usually I share it with a few people but never really put myself out there. I finally sucked it up and started sending out short stories to lit magazines to see if I could get any bites.
