Ok, so you went off the beaten path, be sure to post it here.

Please take the time to thank a vet today if you can or at least think about what they have done for you, including the men and women who are currently serving including current members here who we don't get to talk to much anymore. All of these men and women at one point wrote a blank check out to uncle sam and were and are willing to sacrifice everything for strangers and those they do know.

  2. Can't resist posting something this wacky. It's amazing what medical science does these days. Doctors in China saved a man's partially-severed finger - by attaching it to his stomach. Furniture worker Wang Yongjun, 20, cut off the end of his middle finger with an electric saw in an accident at work. Wang, of Liaoyang, Liaoning Province, was rushed to hospital where doctors had to think fast. Dr Huang Xuesong said the muscle and skin had been cut away from the end of his finger leaving only the bone showing. "We had to make a quick decision or he could have lost his finger. We decided to cultivate a new fingertip on his stomach," he said. Doctors operated and attached …

  3. Researchers at the University of California Irvine have developed a material that is as strong as metal yet 100 times lighter than Styrofoam. The material is constructed from a micro-lattice of nickel phosphorous tubes that is 99.9% air. The tubes are hollow and have walls 1,000 times thinner than a human hair, yet they have the strength of metal with the added benefit of being ultra resistant to strain. So, I did this prank on Omegle...I thought it was pretty funny because the person was playing along. I was pretty disappointed when they disconnected lol. It's based off of Ownage Pranks, if any of you are familiar with that, so a lot of the things I said were not my own idea. But lemme know what you think haha. You're now chatting with a random stranger. Say hi! Stranger: Heyy You: du hello i want to kno if you serve the boo-sack noodle? Stranger: Its not on the menu tonight. Seriously I don't get it. Why do people act the way they do? I've seen so many videos, and I don't understand why wait in line for hours just to rush and try to beat someone else. You couldn't pay me to go shopping on black friday. I would rather pay full price on something then have to act like a complete fool. Seriously I am so embarrassed when I see people excited about it or videos of it. Seriously do people really need a material item to be happy. It blows my mind honestly. Ordering online it totally different in my opinion or at least going just at a decent time. But to rush a door is just moronic.

I was hoping for this 2 years ago when I had a bit more money saved up, but that's beside the point. The estimated $10 billion IPO is something I've been waiting for, for quite sometime now and come February, Facebook might finally hit the NASDAQ running. With the potential for this coming year to be more successful than the last, some (myself included) project Facebook hitting a high of 30% over its 2011-$10.3 billion annual revenue and well over its 40% rise from 2010 at $7.3 billion. With Facebook's new Washington Post and Twitter partnership playing an even larger roll in another potentially great year for the social networking giant and future investors. http://www.y…

http://www.canyoucrackit.co.uk/ Good luck. This isn't a joke. British Intelligence is trying to recruit people who can actually crack the code on the above website. I am not good at teh cryptologies but some of you can give it a shot. I already tried "Password" and "Guest" and those don't work. LoL

The Tsar Bomba. During the Cold War, American and Soviet military leaders temporarily forgot why nuclear bombing yourself was a bad idea. The "nuclear weapons tests" conducted on home soil were officially for research purposes. In reality, each explosion was the military equivalent of punching your fist into your open hand and pointing at the guy whose *** is totally grass. Anyone close enough to wonder why it was suddenly so windy and blinding were told the explosions were being set off at a safe distance. For instance, Area 51, the army base in the middle of the Nevada desert (where conspiracy theorists believe the Army is reverse-engineering UFOs), was actually one of …

Ok, so this was huge on the old ATC boards (2,261 posts, and 114 pages deep!). So I thought I'd give it a shot to get some activity around here, like PK suggested. Its the ^ < V game. So heres the concept... The "^" symbol refers to the poster above you, the "<" refers to yourself, and the "v" refers to the next poster. ^ I'm number 1! < Trying to start some interaction up in this bish! v Gonna be so happy I brought this back to life!

I swear... this company's support line is absolutely worthless, I have wasted half of my day dealing with these asshats... Anyway, I'm about to move over to my knew apartment and wanted to get cable internet started so I had internet when I go down there. I first go to comcast website to sign up for service. When I go to shop for internet it asks for my address. I enter the address to my apartment and then the page comes up with an error saying that I have entered a commercial address and that I have to go to the comcast business site to sign up for internet. Um... this is a residence we are dealing with here... So that brings my first call to 1800COMCAST. Support …

So it's Christmas, and I was wondering what kind of loot everyone got? My family usually does presents on Christmas Eve, so I got A Kindle Touch A Mark Ecko Star Wars Storm Trooper hoodie Some T-Shirts (including one awesome one where the human in an evolutionary line up is facing the other way saying "Stop following me!" to the pre-humans and chimp lol) Candies/chocolates etc. A headlamp and a booklight, either of which are perfect for the non-backlit Kindle (booklight seems to clip on well) Assorted shower gels and such So pretty cool stuff. I'm excited to be able to read a ton of good books now, and put some manga on the Kindle. I may have to post some pictures later …
