Movies and TV

Frank is a movie about a Ginger who goes on an adventure with a band. They're led by the charismatic Frank, a mysterious man who never takes off a large fake head. It has lots of Indie tier garbage tier music. A plot that is really slow, and some characters who all super 'quirk'. Go watch it. It might be on Netflix, if not just walk to a movie store.. assuming you have one.

I finished....Sorry about that....I'll clean this mess up after a nap.

Anyone watch anything Stargate related or am I the only who does? I'm only mentioning this because of the supposed stargate trilogy reboot is going on and I'm a big fan of it.

Sharing is caring!! Hubby found it for me the other day cuz I was looking for it. Thought I would share it here. If the humor is up your alley, I highly suggest supporting and buying it when it's released in May. Totally worth it. If you want a link to a free streamed version, I am willing to share it but I don't want to post it here IMDB Summary: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt3416742/

Premieres on Syfy April 2 at 10/9c

Ahhh shit!

Trailer So I really enjoy sci-fi. Two of my favorite authors are Dick and Heinlein. Predestination is a movie adaptation of the Heinlein short story "All You Zombies", and honestly after sitting through the whole thing I have to give it five stars and recommend it. I don't want to give away too much but I thought it was exceptionally well done.

Have you ever seen the show and wondered how much. Check this out http://www.nelsontreehousesupply.com/costs.html

The city needs heroes. Darkness has settled over New York City as Shredder and his evil Foot Clan have an iron grip on everything from the police to the politicians. The future is grim until four unlikely outcast brothers rise from the sewers and discover their destiny as Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. The Turtles must work with fearless reporter April and her wise-cracking cameraman Vern Fenwick to save the city and unravel Shredder's diabolical plan.

Just came on amc. Been a long time since i watched it. Feels strange to type this considering the direction both he and his career went, but despite the all star cast, if it werent for val fucking kilmer as doc gd holiday, this movie would not be legendary... ...BUT IT IS!

So I've been watching the new TV show, it's on Tuesdays here at 8pm. Have to say so far I'm digging it much better than Gotham (which in on Mondays). Anyone else checked this out at all? Thoughts?

So Adult Swim broadcast some weird like credits roll parody for a show called Too Many Cooks. Try and watch the whole 11 some minutes. I would totally watch this show hahaha

Watched today and although it's a bit grim, I do love the message behind it. This message for example. The writing, the acting and the actor, all perfect. Wish he had won an award for it.

Mature content. *edit* lol at thumbnail for video

Re-watched this and still love it. Genndy Tartakovsky had a hand in this. Wish it had become a series.

ALSO! New season (full) of Trailer Park Boys now out on Netflix! Double also! TPB's on Getting Doug with High

So I saw the extended trailer for this during the season premiere of the new 24 on Monday. It actually looks pretty interesting and something I think I would watch. From what I can gather it resembles the idea of Smallville, except for Batman. Anyone else see the trailer or know about this? I can look around and try to embed it later when I'm not so busy. Hope you've all been awesome lately.

Recently rented Occulus and The Conjuring, Occulus was ok The Conguring was great, really good Halloween flick and got me interested in the Annabelle doll, also have watched The Thing and Young Frankenstein my go to Halloween movies, need to get The Thing (2011) on disc it was ok but the first one is the best (1984), anyways what are your favorite Halloween movies or what have you seen recently that is good?

I'm going to be watching this either today, or tomorrow. From the buzz I've been seeing on social media, it appears to be very well done.

Went and saw Fury it was good, although pretty violent, liked the tank scenes and crew, overall not a bad War movie. Liked it a bit better since I have been playing WoT quite a bit.

So yeah, that was something. Hope it gets better, but with stuff like the housewives lining up and paying for that^ - I might be hoping too much.
