  1. Started by Siren,

Hey everyone! So on May 6th at 2:55 pm Logan Caleb was born. It was an easy delivery and he is healthy! He was 7 pounds and 9.5 ounces. (He currently is up to 10 pounds already!) He was 20.5 inches long. You can't see it in the picture below but he has blue eyes and dark blonde hair. It's been an adjustment for our son who will be 4 on June 12th, but he's doing great as the "big brother". I also want to say a quick thank you to everyone for the cute gift that we received after Logan was born. It was the most cutest bear with a Gamercide welcome the newest member shirt on and had a really sweet message attached to it. Anywho, I miss you guys and I look forward to …

.. and it wasn't me! It was a body building lesbian!! So anyways, most of you know I've been trying to get into doing Special Effects make up around the NYC area and it's been going okay. I wont be winning any awards but I'm getting better. A friend of mine from another class I took at SVA contacted me about her friend who is a performance artist, and was coming into New York to do a show at some art place in Brooklyn. It was a piece about the fakeness or lameness of the L.A. plastic surgery/perfect body lifestyle .. um . I'll add the link to her site at the end of this. So she wanted me to attach a cheap prosthetic piece to her face to make it look like her eyes were rot…

Mandy and I somehow ended up making horrible Mario sketchings in IM, so of course I had to photoshop them into something. And here is the (horrifying) result XD: We pretty much each made about half of the objects, but I made the crack addict Mario and Mandy made the fat Luigi.

  6. Ladies and Gentlemen. I'd like you to meet Forthman Murff. The following is taken from MentalFloss.com, and it's a crazy story. Forthman Murff was a lifelong lumberjack who claimed he was personally responsible for cutting down 1,900 acres of timber. In May of 1984, at the age of 74, Murff was cutting down a tree by himself near his home in Gattman, Mississippi, when a branch fell from 80 feet up and hit him in the shoulder. The blow knocked him into a 10-foot ditch. Soon another branch fell and broke his left leg and foot. Murff was briefly knocked unconscious and when he woke up, he could hear and feel his still-running chainsaw burrowing straight across his neck. Th…

Adobe has finally released an update to Flash player, and anyone that frequents youtube, jtv, or pretty much any other online video service would do well to upgrade now. It has a host of improvements and I can tell a difference in performance right away. Improvements, Changelog Get Flash 10.1

Ok after this thread, I'll make a 'Bogey's Beat thread' and start a compilation of beats I've made. Three's the charm though, right? Anyways, this beat I made is much "darker" and more depressing, but that was my intent. Thanks for listening guys and as always, I'm open for feedback for improvement. http://www.mediafire.com/?zoaw2zum0jn

The news. They hype that **** up like it was a 1555.3 earthquake no matter how small it is. News for next 4 days will talk about it...

Shane has been in talks with Loves Truck Stop for a little bit now, about relocating. They are everywhere! Well the guy had originally offered him a position in Ellensburg, WA. I liked the idea of WA, but it snows too much in that particular location, and with Shane driving a truck we aren't too keen on that. So we kept looking. We really liked the idea of OR, but the positions were full. Obviously we wanted Arizona first, because of my parents and of course my sister, but its also full. Well this morning the guy called and offered him a position in Fort Worth, TX. The guy even said he'd talk his boss into moving us (which is essential!!). We have done some web searches o…

  21. Wow. Look at this. This is a picture that was snapped by one of the astronauts on the ISS. I know you've probably heard of the Aurora Borealis (Northern Lights), but this is a picture of the Aurora Australis (Southern Lights). From NASA: These ever-shifting displays of colored ribbons, curtains, rays, and spots are most visible near the North (aurora borealis) and South (aurora australis) Poles as charged particles streaming from the Sun (the solar wind) interact with Earth's magnetic field, resulting in collisions with atoms of oxygen and nitrogen in the upper atmosphere. The atoms are excited by these collisions, and typically emit photons as a means of returning to …

  22. Well, im trying to get rid of my 4th gen 16gb Ipod Nano(since I got a 160 gig classic a couple months ago), and I would rather not deal with selling online. The best I can really find so far really is Best Buy, though since it wasn't purchased their I would have to send it off and wait a while(which is okay I guess, but I would really like to not have to wait almost a month to get a gift card from them back), and that would be 40 bucks credit at Best Buy. Everywhere else seems to be about 25-30 credit. : /
