Hey all! I'll be gone for a week (maybe 8 or 9 days) and am taking a MUCH NEEDED vacation. My parents own a house down in Florida so I'm going to be staying down there. I'm super excited. I think I'm going to go to Sea World (Disney is a RIPOFF it's so damn expensive now, and I have corporate discounts I can use on for Sea World tickets), and I'm thinking I may go check out this Sleuth's Mystery Dinner show also which sounds kind of cheesy and fun. LG has asked the US International Trade Commission (ITC) to ban sales of PS3s and Sony Bravia TVs as part of patent infringement claims brought against the platform holder. LG alleges that Sony's high-definition TVs infringe four patents, while products with Blu-ray players including PS3 infringe four others, Bloomberg reports. The ITC is also investigating claims by Sony that LG mobiles are infringing seven Sony patents, while a civil lawsuit launched by Sony targets LG Blu-ray players. The complaint, filed Friday with the ITC and first reported by Bloomberg yesterday, claims that the Blu-ray player in the PlayStation 3 violates several of LG's patents. I know most, if not everyone, likes the Reaper design and would like to keep it as it. I don't, however, have a good version of the file that I can use for some of the ideas and projects that I want to do. With that said, I have lined up a graphics artist that works in the industry and is willing to do a redesign/update for us. Anyone else going to head outside in a bit and catch a glimpse of the total lunar eclipse? Apparently this event hasn't happened in around 400 years, coinciding with the Winter Solstice. Should be pretty fun to watch and should be able to be seen by everyone in North America. *thumbs up*
