Miss you around here. Hope you are doing well. Have a great Birthday!

They want you to start using their Origin service. Expect other games with close releases coming up, to be Origin exclusive. http://www.gameranx.com/updates/id/2126/article/ea-pulls-crysis-2-and-alice-from-steam/

http://kotaku.com/5627036/report-kinect-doesnt-speak-spanish-it-speaks-mexican So yeah, apparently Spaniards will not be able to use Kinect yet. It's humorous that it does support "Mexican" though, and also that there are THREE varying versions of English (One for US, one for UK and one for..... Canada?) I loved the first comment in the article saying ""Canada, WTF? So I will be forced to say "eh" at the end of every sentence for it to recognize my voice?" ROFL Makes me wonder how well it will pick of various accents too which was mentioned in the story, like the famous Boston "Pahk the cah in the yahd" sort of speak, or even how our Irish friends will fare with the…

I just wanted to say thank you to all of you members here and also over at the stream. You all are the reason that this community thrives and we all keep coming back. We are like one big happy and some times dysfunctional family. I wubs you all. Thank you for a great 2012!

I have a TOTAL guilty pleasure that lately has found me wanting more... I love reading the XBOX Live forum especially the Account Suspension and Console Bans. I can not stand cheaters and people that think the Live community is their place to be vulgar, rude and disrespectful. I play for fun and recently put the privacy setting on my live so only FRIENDS can communicate with me. (other then Friend Requests) I let my son play with his friends and we share a live account. The last thing I want to hear myself is the current trend of being extremely rude, much alone my son being exposed to it. Is it wrong to be extremely happy when I see someone else whine about being ban…

Developed by: Valve Corporation Published by: Valve Corporation Platforms: PC, Xbox 360, PS3 Players: 1-2 Rated E10+ by the ESRB Not only is the cake not a lie, but you can have seconds! Portal 2 is the sequel to the massively successful Portal, which quickly ascended to cult status, with many of its elements becoming memes that can be found on practically any gaming forum today. But does it live up to the charm and originality of the first game? Short answer: YES. Portal 2 is every bit as good as the first, and better in almost every way. From beginning to end, it had a much more cinematic feel to it, with more characters involved and much, MUCH larger set pieces…

Where were teachers like this when I was in school? http://kotaku.com/5890278/samurai-yetis-and-ninja-werewolves-how-one-teacher-turned-sixth-grade-into-an-mmo Good idea to get kids motivated.

The Chinese media has reported on an extraordinary account of a mother bear saving her cub from a life of torture by strangling it and then killing itself. The bears were kept in a farm located in a remote area in the North-West of China. The bears on the farm had their gall bladders milked daily for 'bear bile,' which is used as a remedy in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). It was reported that the bears are kept in tiny cages known as 'crush cages', as the bears have no room to manoeuvre and are literally crushed. She should have never been taken away because of marijuana. Had the parents been sharing a big bottle of whiskey, it would have been perfectly fine.

Saw you around earlier mysteriously. Happy birthday to you! Hope you're having a great day!

Typically Sony is known to advertise ahead of time, usually around the Thursday beforehand, what new games are being added the the IGC (Instant Game Collection) for PS+ subscribers. March was anything but the typical month however. Last week sites like Gamespot began reporting the intial delay in announcement of the free titles, with Sony's Fred Dutton responding, "I appreciate you're all really keen to see the line-up and that it's frustrating having to hang on a bit longer than usual. Alas, we're still not quite ready to make the announcement. I can't give you a firm time at present as to when the post will go live, but we're working to get it to you as soon as possi…

How Is Everyone ? I Think I May Have Made A Error/Mistake In My Console Selection. I Chose A PlayStation 4 Around The Time Of Black Friday. needless To Say It Was A Bad Decision. I Miss Everything About The Xbox . Especially Forza 6 And Forza Horizon 2 . "Sigh" I need to get back where I belong. On the track drifting with my buddies and leaving people viewing my taillights. Everything is bad about the ps4 . Don't get me wrong its a good exclusive gaming console but not worth 300 bucks. But this is my opinion. I only chose it because two of my family members had it and I haven't spoken to them in a bit. We jump on first thing they say is "You seem like a Xbox person" all …

Alright guys, I know everyone is wondering what the heck happened. Basically we moved to a new server at our hosting, which changed our DNS servers slightly. The hosting moved our site, but left a copy on the old server as a backup. The DNS didn't update correctly for everyone and in some cases bounced back and forth for people. Basically we were running 2 instances of the site and forum. I've been in contact with them all weekend working on the issue and I am in hopes that we have things resolved or in the process of being resolved. I have backups of all of our old posts and will be working tonight to get everything restored from both instances of the forum. In tha…

Anyone from Gamercide going to participate on May Day?

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

Hey. Sorry for disappearing again guys. At the moment I'm working 27 hours a week and taking 13 college units. I'm not even really gaming at the moment. Other than all that, not much has changed for me, but I figured I should check in. In the Spring I plan on taking another 13 units and after that I should be graduating with three degrees, (English Transfer AA, Liberal Arts AA, and Liberal Studies AA). I'm excited, but I'll still be busy. I also just got a PS4 Pro, so I plan to get a few of the good exclusives that are coming out. I'm still mainly a PC gamer, I think I mentioned I upgraded to the GTX 1080 graphics card before I disappeared. I haven't even played …

HAPPY BIRTHDAY EMINUTIA!!! Much love, Em. Have a great day!

Developed by: Arrowhead Studios Published by: Paradox Interactive Platforms: PC Players: 1-4 You already know we here at Gamercide love Magicka. But does the new DLC stand up to the greatness and originality of the main game, or will it just leave you with nightmarish Vietnam flashbacks? Magicka: Vietnam is a fairly small DLC. It consists of two new Challenge maps, and adds nothing to adventure mode. However one of the challenge modes is structured similarly to adventure mode, with three screens you must make your way through to complete the level. The other mode is a new arena with just one small area to face waves of the new enemy types just like the other arena…

What an awesome message we're being given. If you're law enforcement, act any way you want. If it's perceived as bad by the media and masses, we'll suspend you with pay. Later down the road, you can then sue the place that was paying you to do nothing saying you suffered depression and anxiety. Oh, you received death threats? That is indeed terrible, however, none of that would have happened if you didn't coat the faces of non-violent protestors. The other video I posted of the cop in the videos section, just wait a year from now. I bet anything he receives a similar outcome. Paid leave and eventually a settlement from the sports bar where it happened.

http://www.joystiq.c...ndos-3ds-event/ You can get all the details above, or from another site, but the key questions of price and release date have finally been announced. I'm REALLY hoping that Gamestop will have some sort of trade-in promotion for it. I'd trade in my DSi and maybe a game or two if I could get $100 off.

The fate of Clayton Carmine in Gears of War 3 was in the hands of Gears fans during the “Fate of Carmine” campaign. Will he meet a horrific end like the Carmine’s before him or will he live on and support his fellow Gears? We will have to wait until the game releases in 2011 to find out, but in the meantime check out the thank you message from Epic below. They raised over $150,000 for Child’s Play charity with the help of gamers like you. Xbox 360 Games – E3 2011 – Gears of War 3G4tv View the full article

And ended up on top of a mountain. Hike MT Timpanogos yesterday in UT County, it is about 6.5 miles with about 4400 elevation gain. The summit is just over 11,900. Here are some pics.
