This should have never happened. She should have never been taken away because of marijuana. Had the parents been sharing a big bottle of whiskey, it would have been perfectly fine.

Well that made me tear up.  Just absolutely horrible.  No parent should have to bury their child and in this case bury their daughter because of the actions of that fat bitch.  CPS better be held accountable for this happening.  Government agency or not, that is bullshit.  Not to mention the girl shouldn't have been taken away in the first place.
