Okay this is 800 points this week, someone convince me to buy it! I love Doom I love Duke NUkem, what does this have in store for me that those don't? I want it for some reason, I like old school shooters but I never played this one back in the day. A:LSO I am DRUNK atm so if you can reply fast enough this may influence my decision tonight more so than usual.

Has anyone else had the misfortune to play this game? I picked it up cheap because I loved the first one on the Original Xbox, it was dark and gritty and unlike a lot of other Vietnam based games. It was also meant to be easy gamerscore . The game is horrible. Avoid it like the plague. The controls are clunky, the plot is paper thin, the levels are horribly linear, there's no multiplayer, the animation is terrible, hit registration barely exists. The weapons don't really feel much different either. The AK and M16 feel the same recoil wise but one is automatic and the other is burst fire. Well I decided to pick this up and.......it's surprisingly good! It is not exactly like the PC version. For example, playing the game normally, you can't just build your own house from scratch right from the get-go rather you must earn the right to build your own houses later on by unlocking it. Although, there are some cheat codes for the game just like PC that you can enter and do whatever you want. To do this you hold down RT, LT, RB, and LB all at once on the start menu. One thing I noticed also is I wanted to make other sims for friends and love interests in different households on the same map that I could meet with when I am on my regular sim but have not figured t…

Superb fantasy role-playing game Skyrim sold over 3.5 million units in 48 hours, Bethesda has revealed. Bethesda expects Skyrim launch units to generate over $450 million in global retail sales. By comparison, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 made $400 million in one day, and sold over 6.5 million units in the US and UK alone. Bethesda shipped seven million units of Skyrim for launch. There was an update yesterday for Skyrim and I was wondering if anybody has issues with their game since downloading it. Within 5 minutes of playing after the update, my game immediately froze. Okay, whatever. Loaded it up again, same problem. Okay, load it up again. Got to play for about 20 minutes and then it froze on me. Loaded it up for another try and needless to say it froze again. Anybody else experiencing this? It's downright annoying.

You’ll never have to stop questing in the upcoming open-world role-playing game, to be released November 11 for Xbox 360, PC and PlayStation 3.
