A close friend to us all, can't play his 360 games. He is missing one cheap little piece of plastic, that is keeping him from gaming. It's like this piece, but it's the hollowed out one. Ok, so my problem is I'm on HDMI with my Xbox. When I'm on the dashboard, streaming videos/music, doing pretty much anything, the audio is perfectly fine. But as soon as I put in a DVD to watch a movie, the audio cuts out. Does anyone have any clue as to why that may be? I have an Xbox 360 S if that helps at all.

Anyone having trouble connecting to Xbox live on their console? I connect to the internet no problem but my console will not connect to live. First time I have ever had this issue too.

Now to make this clear... this is not deciding what monitor windows starts on, but what monitor shows bios settings and all the other text that shows up before the operating system starts. The problem is I have a TV hooked up via VGA and a monitor hooked up via DVI. The computer always starts on the TV then switches over to the monitor. Is there any way that I can get the computer to start up on the monitor instead of the tv. My fear is nothing can be changed since the computer is just outputting to what display it detects first instead of my preference. I'm just afraid since the driver doesn't probably load until the OS starts. So is there anything I can do to change…

Anyone know of any good maintenance tools? Like to make sure your computer doesn't bog down. My computer is still really fast, but on start up it is slow. Ill look at running processes and certain programs are running that shouldn't be like my camera, itunes, etc. Why those just start up in the back ground is beyond me. Also PK if you don't mind sending me the link to that defrag program. I basically just want a program were i can just do routine maintenace quickly and easily. I run a full v scan every month as well as update, and use the defrag but defrag doesn't seem to do anything. I just like trying to keep my computer top notch. Alright, I've been trying for days now to get my 360 connected through the wifi here on post. It's supposedly possible to connect to XBL through it but I've had no luck so if anyone can help it'd be greatly appreciated. Tryed connecting with automatic settings, no dice. Then did it manually and set the IP and everything to match my laptop thinking that might work (disconnected my laptop of course) and still nothing. So, if anyone has any ideas, it would be awesome.

Hi All, I don't really know where to look, and am having a small issue on my work computer which is a mac. I have a network account (on our server) and a local account on this computer. I created my local account today (while on my network account) and logged out to go to class and came back and I can't log into my network account on this computer only now. I have tried logging into it on other computers on our network but this one is not working. I can log into my local account, but for some reason after I created that account (as a safety precaution) I am no longer allowed to log into my network account on this computer. So, here we are. Forever later, and I find myself looking at the forum with dead twitch links and a TS3 server that is long dead. I've removed some items, and I plan to at least restore the Twitch app if I can. However, what else would we like to see here? What would bring you back? Discord notifications of new posts?
