No, this isn't really life advice, but it's advice needed nonetheless. My 360s disc drive is done, nada, broken, pointless, etc. and my console is out of warranty. So, my options are either (a) repair it myself if possible, (b)Pay for the repair with Xbox Support © Get a new console. Advice needed, go!

Alright, I have recently become involved with Little Big Planet and it's absolutely amazing level creator. I have played around with it for a bit, and have decided to actually get serious and try to produce my own level. What I have done, was create a Blueprint in Photoshop explaining the early stages of the level. The blueprint contains information on mostly everything so you won't be lost and all like "What the hell does that mean?" More updates are to come, but this is what the level looks like right now. Feedback and suggestions on what else I should do? http://fc03.devianta...y_Sycotic45.png I will just link to the image, since it is pretty massive. Note: It starts o…

I have gone from a complete noob in producing beats to an amateur. Why do I say this? I don't want to sound like a total *** and brag so hopefully it doesn't come across that way, but I'm proud of my work. I sold a beat last week for $75 and now someone else is interested in buying a beat. Beat making has gone from a complete hobby to a somewhat job with a small income <3

Granite had a game lastnight and Jason and I were suppose to work concession stand which we already told them we weren't because it was during Granite's game. Jason's the assistant coach okay.....so he's out there on the field with the kids practicing before the game and one of the ladies come over from the stand and tries to tell him that we need to work over there. It escalated into a nice argument...nothing with yelling, just "I pay for my kid to play and I'm going to watch him play" stuff. So she walked away. Ten minutes later the game started and Granite's out on the field playing first. Another lady, this time the secretary for the youth baseball league comes o…

So today marks Day 5 of eating (drinking) only Soylent. If you haven't heard of it, it's supposed to be a quick meal that provides all your daily nutrients. Day 1 was a little tough purely for the sake of the taste of it. I'd rate it somewhere between sawdust and oatmeal. However I haven't been hungry at all since I switched over. It also helps that you prepare a batch for the day in the morning, then for every meal you simply grab a cup of the stuff and chug. My time spent preparing food and eating has gone from 1-2 hours to about 15 minutes total in a day. Plus it seems to be helping turn the tide on my weight gain lately. So that's a bonus point. Anyone else con…

If you want to express your passion for uhh… passion through art without being so blunt, try a Love Is Art Kit. You and your lover can make your own abstract painting while you get intimate. Then when people come over and admire your art you guys can say “Like it? We made it ourselves!” and then giggle, wink at each other, and needlessly throw in “…with our naked butts.” Ok, so I THINK THIS IS I AWESOME. (caps necessary to convey how awesome I think it is) From what I understand you get this kit, (not sure how it works couldn't find that out) and then you do the hanky panky and get all artistic while you're at it, and the end result is an abstract bang painting. I think …

I don't know if any of you follow stock news or anything, but holy crap what a WILD freaking ride I've been on over the past week. So there's this no name company, MGT Global, that apparently appointed John McAfee as their CEO. Yeah, that McAfee. The batshit crazy one. Who's also supposedly running for president. hahahahaha ANYWAYS. So the stock was sitting around $0.70 when they appointed him. And boy oh boy did that start to blow the heck up. I got in around $1.30 for a thousand shares. It's been growing non-stop every day. Today it hit OVER FIVE DOLLARS A SHARE!!!! I sold that so freaking fast because I knew it would bomb. I kept like 100 sha…

With everything in the news being doom and gloom, I thought I would post something a bit more cheery and inspiring. via Fox News READFIELD, Maine -- A 10-year-old boy who earned a spot in a national penmanship contest despite being born without hands is in a league of his own, contest organizers say. Fifth-grader Nicholas Maxim, who writes by holding a pencil between his arms, impressed the judges enough that they created a new category for students with disabilities. Maxim received the first Nicholas Maxim Special Award for Excellent Penmanship this week at a school assembly. The student at Readfield Elementary School is known for his penmanship, even though it's not ea…
