AOL 'Jackass' star Ryan Dunn died early Monday in a Pennsylvania car crash, it's been confirmed. April Margera, the mother of a fellow 'Jackass' dare devil, Bam Margera, told a local radio station and later TMZ that Dunn was killed in the car wreck that also left one other, who has yet to be identified, dead. The 34-year-old was a part of the 'Jackass' film franchise -- often pulling off eyebrow raising stunts to the delight of his fellow thrill-seeking buddies. So I finally got my first smartphone today. A Samsung Galaxy S4. Pretty nifty device. Sure there are bad things about AT&T, but it's awesome to have a device with me that can do so much. I had originally been thinking about getting an iPhone 5 until I had heard about this one and did some comparisons. So now I don't have to have another Apple product besides my iPod, yay.

So, even though I do stream from time to time, and I have watched others stream games I just now noticed the enormity of JTV. I was bored and started clicking through the rooms. Wow. So a little while ago it was ruled that the government actually needs a warrant in order to physically place a GPS tracking device on your vehicle. Just recently however a judge released a 30 page decision saying that the government absolutely does not need a warrant to request, use, and track your location data generated by your cell phone (and presumably other electronic devices). Well, I'm half as much of a bum. I'm still living at my parent's for now after the divorce but getting a car finally is a big step. Picked up a 2001 Toyota Celica GT-S with low miles. Had to drive down to Scranton, PA (a bit over an hour) to get it but I'm definitely stoked. It's in great condition. *dances* Of course, I'm sure it's going to handle like shit in the snow up here, but I'll just throw some snow tires on it and not drive like a maniac.
