Okay so I know I should have put this in the 360 or PS3 thread but I've never been one to follow the rules. .. Anyways .. as many of you know I'm Canadian and what that means I like my food covered with Brown Gravy, fries and gravy are an adequate lunch, the best potato chip flavor is Ketchup, I don't know Bob from Saskatchewan or Sue from Newfound Land, I prefer Canadian beer over most other countries, I like my women sexy and American and I like my Rock & Roll from The Tragically Hip ... So yeah..... earlier today the crimson map pack for Halo 4 came out. Those that had the map pass "bullshit btw" weren't able to get it... took 112 hours to fix. Then when the fix WAS out, nearly anybody, map pass or not, could, and probably still can, download the map pack for free. As I'm sure everyone has seen, the father of the Xbox and Zune, J Allard is leaving Microsoft. He will remain in and advisory role directly to Steve Ballmer. I didn't report on this on the main page, mainly because so many sources are doing it, I figured why bother. I do however doubt that many sources will report on the email from Allard that Major Nelson linked to earlier today on Twitter. I encourage everyone to read it and think about your job or hell, even your life in general. Rocky Donadio, an ex-soldier from Fort Sill has been found guilty in the brutal beating of his 8 year old girlfriend’s son. The beating took place in April 2009, after the 8 year old deleted Donadio’s GTA IV game save. The beating was so severe that the child’s intestines burst and he had to spend 5 months in the hospital recovering. According to KSWO, when the child was able to speak to police about the incident he told them that Donadio “had stomped on his stomach because he had erased an X-Box game.” When the incident occurred, the boy’s mother and Donadio told police that he fell out of his bed. One of the industries leading titans in technology has bought the innovative internet chat company that allows friends and family to stay in touch over the internet, Skype for a lump sum of $8.5 billion. This transaction beats out Microsoft’s previous purchase of aQuantive for $6 billion as the largest purchase that the company has made to date.
