So, I just wanted to vent a little. I'll make it short. It's been months and numerous hardware changes since I last reformatted. So, I thought it would be a good time to do it since I was having some other issues. I thought it could take a while to get everything in order, but the reformat process itself is usually pretty quick. I was sooo wrong. For whatever reason the process didn't want to take and kept giving me errors AND when I finally got it working and booted into Windows 7 I couldn't activate my key. Why you might ask? Because I did a CLEAN INSTALL with my Windows 7 upgrade disc. What did this mean? It means I had to start over, install my old OS and th…

Ok trying not going to drag my story out but the simple version is: My granddaddy was put in the hospital yesterday after going to the doctor at about noon. He got to the hospital at 5 pm and was finally put in a room at 6 pm. The doctors didn't start running tests until 11 pm (he had an ultrasound), then he had some blood tests done at around 1. Surgeons came in at 2 am to talk to him and my Mama, they wanted to run a CT scan and said it would be scheduled for 10 am. Well someone (i.e. multiple people) dropped the ball and he didn't end up going for his CT scan until 6:15 pm only after my Mama and Aunt kept making a fuss to the nurses on the floor. So, I just wanted to rant for a quick moment. I'm sure everyone has come across this at some point. I finally had a new trash service come up in my area and bought a years worth of service because it was half the cost I was paying my current company. Called my current company up today to cancel my service and of course I got the " what can we do to keep you" line.
