Movies and TV

This is the biggest piece of shit I have ever seen. I will have to say, hands down it's the worst movie ever made. Usually if a movie is bad I turn it off and move along, this movie was just flat out stupid. It's about four annoying girls acting like men. There have never ever been any females that have ever behaved like them ever. Don't waste your time on this garbage.

Fuck yes. This is fap material. http://www.traileraddict.com/trailer/the-expendables-3/teaser-trailer

I'll preface this entire thread by saying, if you are easily offended or religious (especially a Mormon) please steer clear of this thread... Still with me? Alrighty, a buddy and I went last night to see the off Broadway version of The Book of Mormon last night. If you don't know, this is the Tony Award winning musical written by Trey Parker, Matt Stone, and Robert Lopez. It is a religious satire musical about 2 Mormon missionaries that are assigned to Uganda as their first mission. Go to the Wiki to read more: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Book_of_Mormon_(musical) We were originally scheduled to go last week, but the Atlanta Snowpacolypse caused it to be rescheduled.…

Took my boys 4,7,15 to the movie and they all liked it, they are still quoting it several days later. The movie is funny and the Batman character and star wars scenes were my favorite, good story as well. Would recommend this film for any kids.

Took morgan to see this last night. What a great film. We went to the $4 theater and i would have paid full to see it.

Took my grandmother to see it the other weekend. The summary comes off a little Hunger gamey but its not like that at all. I recommend seeing it. Well worth the money and it even hints at a sequel.

Let the Internet Melt down begin cause no matter what happens people are gonna freak, I am excited for the new film though as long as it is a good story they should be ok. The Force has been released. John Boyega, Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, Oscar Isaac, Andy Serkis, Domhnall Gleeson, and Max von Sydow will join original stars Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher, Mark Hamill, Anthony Daniels, Peter Mayhew, and Kenny Baker in “Star Wars: Episode VII.” Disney and Lucasfilm made the announcement Tuesday. The plan is for a May 2014 start date so while a deadline wasn’t looming given how long the shoot was expected decisions needed to be made in case scheduling conflicts were to …

So I saw the extended trailer for this during the season premiere of the new 24 on Monday. It actually looks pretty interesting and something I think I would watch. From what I can gather it resembles the idea of Smallville, except for Batman. Anyone else see the trailer or know about this? I can look around and try to embed it later when I'm not so busy. Hope you've all been awesome lately.

From source: One Los Angeles insider said: "Disney is looking at its long-term options for the Indiana Jones franchise. "They feel that the series has huge potential on many levels, starting with the films leading to other spin-offs like games which can generate more money than movies. "Rob is top of the initial list because he has showed his acting stripes away from Twilight." Disney purchashed the rights to the Indiana Jones franchise from Paramount, in what I assume was a transfer of Lucasfilm stuff along with Star Wars and stuff. All I can say is ugh, like a thousand times ugh.

Watched this tonight. If any of you are into Terry Gilliam films (Brazil etc), this movie is for you. He of course didn't direct this, but it's very reminiscent of his past works.

"In April, history was made in the world’s most famous garbage dump. After years of speculation spanning countless conspiracy theories, the legend was confirmed: unsold copies of the Atari game E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial were found buried deep outside the dusty town of Alamogordo, New Mexico. While the result of the dig itself was big news (after all, E.T. almost single-handedly destroyed the game industry in the early ‘80s), it’s only one part of a much larger story. That story is finally being told in the upcoming documentary “Atari: Game Over.” Featuring interviews with everyone from the creator of the game to the denizens of Alamogordo, this is one story you won’t wan…
