http://cnnphotos.blogs.cnn.com/2012/05/11/one-deep-breath-pushing-the-limits-of-freediving/?hpt=hp_c1 I was reading a story/picture gallery about this freediving competition. Looks pretty intense. One dude even passed out underwater and started spitting up blood and stuff. Well I looked into freediving a bit more and records for holding your breath. Some Brazilian guy, Ricardo Bahia, holds the guinness record at 20 minutes 21 seconds underwater. WHAT THE HELL. I can hold my breath for like 2-3 minutes, tops.

My live apparently expired the 22nd. Which, would have been no big deal if I hadn't just dished out $500+ for vet bills. So, now I'm in a crunch to pay my rent etc etc. I would like to play uno, and while I thought I had a 24 hour live card, alas, I do not, Anyone have one so I can just get stupid drunk and play uno tonight?

A nine-year-old from Ukraine is no longer loved by his parents after he blew their entire life's savings on nose candy for the mouth (regular candy), according to Russian news agency RIA Novosti. Omg <- Link Honestly, his parent's are stupid for having stashed such a large amount of money in such a STUPID place.

..... my mother asked me if I wouldn't mind tidying up the house since my grandparents are coming over for dinner. I can't really say no, I've been living here rent free, aaaaaand I love my ma. Anyways, I raided the cleaning supplies and grabbed the Soft Scrub and a good scrubbing sponge. *puts Soft Scrub on the range top* ... *begins scrubbing range top in a circular motion* ... *stops for a moment and notices some cool looking waves* ... *puts down sponge and begins finger painting* Ladies and gentlemen, I may or may not have been smoking previously to this bout of kitchen cleaning I was embarking on, but I could not help but finger paint for a couple minutes. It j…

September was childhood cancer awareness month, but Granite's school is showing support tomorrow by having all of the kids and staff wear yellow shirts. This is especially important because yesterday we found out that a family that goes to the same church where Granite has Sunday School....their little 2 year old boy was diagnosed with Leukemia after they took him to the emergency room for what they though were belly issues. The boy was immediately flown to the Hershey Medical Center which in this area is the best place to receive care. So far he has had five blood transfusions, 1 platelet transfusion, and will be receiving a pic line in his spine for chemo and also a …

This guy went to a bar...long story short, he met this broad and they went back to his place. Before they got undressed to do the horizontal mambo, he said, "Listen, I'm sorry but I don't think we should have sex right away". "Why's that?" she said. "Well you see, I'm hung like a baby, and I wouldn't want you to laugh and decide you didn't want to have sex with me. Why don't we get to know each other first, and then when we feel we're ready, we'll do it." So the girl agreed, but only because he was a good-looking dude and pretty nice. Several dates later, they make it back to his place again, and after some conversation, they decide it's time. She undresses and slides int…

Came across this image via Twitter. Seems to me that this cardboard promo for Walking Dead, would have taken a few days to produce and ship out to the various retailers. Why then, would voting remain open just moments from the awards show going live? Is it treated like promo gear for championship sporting events? Make two versions of the hats and t-shirts for both teams in the final. Imagine a clear winner being chosen and you make all the promos to rush out to retailers, and a sudden surge by the #2 in voting pushes past the clear winner? Lest we forget

So there was a little stall at my local gas station on the way home today. They were selling swords, daggers, and stuff. I saw these and had to buy them. Sold as a single unit, got them for $35. Not sure why the webcam picture came out so low quality though.

Lesson 1: A man is getting into the shower just as his wife is finishing up her shower, when the doorbell rings. The wife quickly wraps herself in a towel and runs downstairs. When she opens the door, there stands Bob, the next-door neighbor. Before she says a word, Bob says, "I'll give you $800 to drop that towel." After thinking for a moment, the woman drops her towel and stands naked in front of Bob. After a few seconds, Bob hands her $800 and leaves. The woman wraps back up in the towel and goes back upstairs. When she gets to the bathroom, her husband asks, "Who was that?" "It was Bob the next door neighbor," she replies. "Great!" the husband says, "did he say anythi…

A woman is at home when she hears someone knock at the door. She goes to the door and opens the door to see a man standing there. He asks the lady, 'Do you have a vagina?' She slams the door in disgust. The next morning she hears a knock at the door and it is the same man and he asks the same question of the woman, 'Do you have a vagina?' She slams the door again. Later that night when her husband gets home she tells him what has happened for the last two days. The husband tells the wife in a loving and concerned voice, 'Honey, I am taking tomorrow off to be home just in case this guy shows up again.' The next morning they hear a knock and both run for the door. The husban…

So within the past two weeks, car problems have plagued me. My 1998 Jetta has always had problems of dying in the rain. We sent it in to get fixed about two weeks ago to get it fixed. It worked once in the rain so I got four new tires. After $650, it died again. My mom told me about a cheap $500 1996 Subaru Legacy. I bought that and used it for 3 days. On the third day, I'm driving home from work. I'm getting resistance in the gas pedal. Get within a mile and a half of home and I'm going about 35mph. I hear a whistling and then, BANG! Loud bang and the back wheels lock up and the back end spins out into the middle of the road. I correct and get it straight again and pu…

A cute little old lady goes to the doctor and says, "Doctor I have this problem with gas, but it really doesn't bother me too much. It never smells and is always silent. As a matter of fact I've farted at least 10 times since I've been here in your office. You didn't know I was farting because it doesn't smell and is silent." The doctor says, "I see. Take these pills and come back to see me next week". The next week the lady returns. "Doctor," she says, "I don't know what the heck you gave me, but now my farts, although still silent, stink terribly". "Good," the doctor said "Now that we've cleared up your sinuses, let's work on your hearing"

Been sick the past couple of weeks, and now is the season where we all get runny noses, watery eyes, and feel terrible. Anyways go with Zyrtec, I took Allegra about 4 times and it did nothing for me at all. Took one Zyrtec this morning and it worked after an hour and is still working. Just giving a heads up in case anyone is feeling under the weather and needs to know what to choose.

4.0 out of 5 stars Slide Back Into the Game! October 12, 2011 By Jerome Albertson I knew getting back in the "dating game" would be a challenge after being out of it for over 5 years. When I was released from Joliet, I had to learn all the new things "the dating crowd" was trying. I knew about scented candles and Luther Vandross CDs, and sure was glad to hear people still use them. But I had no idea that "lube" was so popular with the "romantics" out there. All it took was one stroll through the Walgreens personal hygiene aisle to prove I had to learn a new thing. "Where to start?", I wondered. I wanted something simple. However, all I saw in the stores were lubricants t…
