Okay so I know I should have put this in the 360 or PS3 thread but I've never been one to follow the rules. .. Anyways .. as many of you know I'm Canadian and what that means I like my food covered with Brown Gravy, fries and gravy are an adequate lunch, the best potato chip flavor is Ketchup, I don't know Bob from Saskatchewan or Sue from Newfound Land, I prefer Canadian beer over most other countries, I like my women sexy and American and I like my Rock & Roll from The Tragically Hip ... AND FINALLY .. there is a Tragically Hip song up on Rock Band!!! WOOT WOOT .. it's Blow at High Dough .. and earlier tune but still a good one. Check it out guys!

Topic says it all. This was completely shear luck I'm telling you. Random chance. Coy and I had Friday off, her birthday was Thursday but she had to work so we took Friday off together. We have been talking about moving and getting the eff out of this dinky 2 bedroom apartment we've been living in for 7+ years now. The rent is super cheap ($490/mo, utilities are on the town's municpal electric so it's only like $40-$50 a month which is AWESOME) but we're severely cramped. Even though it's a 2 bedroom it's still only about 650sq ft with only 1 bathroom and it's on the second floor. On top of it all it's in thie crappy complex of 4 connected buildings, with this single…

Linky A 22 year old who admitted he was molested as a child has been charged with 16 counts of possessing child pornography all of which was found on his Xbox 360. Officials say that 22 year old Timothy Hammerstone from Polk City, Florida lured boys ages 10-16 by using Facebook accounts where he claimed in one that he was 15 and said he was gay. He then told the boys if they would send him naked photos of themselves posing in various positions, he would in return give them 1600 MS points. The boys naked photos were stored on a flash drive on his Xbox 360. Hammerstone also told the boys that he was the founder of a video game group known as the Relentless Society of Brot…

Linky “The problem was, the Spartans couldn’t take their fight into space. Every minor victory on the ground turned into a major defeat in orbit. Soon there would be no more colonies, no human settlements-and nowhere left to run….” -Eric Nylund “The Fall of Reach” One of the most epic series in video game history is set to reach a conclusion on September 14, 2010. Halo: Reach follows Noble Team as they battle the Covenant on planet Reach. The fate of those on Reach are already known and for that reason the Remember Reach monument has come to be. It is discussion time! Remember all opinions will be tied with your gamertag Is the XBL Marketplace overpriced as a whole or is it just certain content? Think about themes, gamer pics, avatar items, Zune Marketplace, and DLC....all of it. Where do you stand when it comes to the pricing? Feel free to make comparisons to PSN and the Wii store too! Thanks everyone

http://kotaku.com/5621221/capcom-promises-no-more-racist-games Wha!? Really? This is stupid. I can't believe that they actually are taking the claims of racism in RE5 to heart. It makes me a sad panda. This world/society is going to hell in a handbasket quickly.

With the newest rhythm games edging closer and closer to released, Harmonix has released the full set list for the game. When the game comes out we will get the standard guitar, drum, and vocal parts but we will also have the new keyboard instrument as well. Not only that, but the 3 part vocals that were first introduced in Beatles Rock Band are also present. There are quite a few tweaks that Harmonix has made to the game as well, but most of that is window dressing for the set list. Head over to the main page and let us know what you think. I read this article in GI this month, and I have to say it really hit home. This sums up exactly how I feel about gamerscore and achievements in general. I've been known to go out of my way for the occasional pick up and cheevo, but in general I tend to let them go. I play through and pick up those sparkly whatevers if I see them, but I don't look for them outright. The only achievements I'm concerned with are story related. I really don't care if it gives me points or even avatar items. I'd rather get something out of the game for it. I've always felt this way, and, though I know some people do like achievements, achievements seem like a waste of development resou…

Faliszek revealed a new downloadable content pack, dubbed "The Sacrifice," is coming to both the original Left 4 Dead and its sequel, Left 4 Dead 2. A precursor to the previous DLC "The Passing," the upcoming pack will tell the story of how the original Left 4 Dead team lost one of its team members to the zombie outbreak. Since Valve was already busy bringing the original team to Left 4 Dead 2 in order to tell the story in "Sacrifice," Faliszek said the team decided to bring a fan favorite campaign from the original game into its sequel. "No Mercy" will be included in the upcoming DLC for Left 4 Dead 2 players, adding the sequel's game mechanics to the popular or…
