Rocky Donadio, an ex-soldier from Fort Sill has been found guilty in the brutal beating of his 8 year old girlfriend’s son. The beating took place in April 2009, after the 8 year old deleted Donadio’s GTA IV game save. The beating was so severe that the child’s intestines burst and he had to spend 5 months in the hospital recovering. According to KSWO, when the child was able to speak to police about the incident he told them that Donadio “had stomped on his stomach because he had erased an X-Box game.” When the incident occurred, the boy’s mother and Donadio told police that he fell out of his bed. Linky A 22 year old who admitted he was molested as a child has been charged with 16 counts of possessing child pornography all of which was found on his Xbox 360. Officials say that 22 year old Timothy Hammerstone from Polk City, Florida lured boys ages 10-16 by using Facebook accounts where he claimed in one that he was 15 and said he was gay. He then told the boys if they would send him naked photos of themselves posing in various positions, he would in return give them 1600 MS points. For those of you looking to purchase the first set of Mass Effect 2 detailed little miniatures, you will be waiting a bit longer. The first series of Mass Effect 2 look alikes that are being made by DC Direct were originally suppose to be delivered to stores in August 2010. That shipment was delayed and the figures were then given a new date of February 2011. Max Payne 3 is “still in development” according to a recent posting on Eurogamer after they had an investor call with Take-Two’s CEO Strauss Zelnick, but would not say anything else regarding the game which seems to have slipped into the shadows. John McAfee, the man behind the anti-virus name, says he's being bugged by Belize's Gang Suppression Unit. His home was raided by four different arms of armed Belize official organizations, including the GSU and the police. At least that is what is being reported by Channel 5 in Belize. When I say "his home," this appears to consist of nine houses and is the site of the Belize Ecological Foundation. EA announced yesterday that they are planning on releasing a new multiplayer mode for their successful hit Medal of Honor. The mode, “Clean Sweep” will have gamers relying on their skill and their teammate’s skill in this elimination style gameplay. The new mode will come with 2 new multiplayer maps, Bagram Hangar and Khyber Caves, as well as redone maps for fan favorites, Diwagal Camp and Kabul City Ruins. The mode is scheduled to release on November 2, 2010 and will be free to those of you who purchased the game new and used the single use Online Pass code that came with the game.
