  1. Sony confirmed on August 8th that Game Recording will be free regardless if you are subscribed to Playstation Plus or not. The recording feature will allow you to capture up to 15 minutes of game footage. On top of the capture feature you can share the game stream with a friend, and that friend can even take over and help you with the game. This is a step in the right direction, but this is a small step forward in contrast to a large step back. While you can record your game without Playstation Plus, you can't play multiplayer without a subscription. Click here to view the article

Especially younger kids. We here at Gamercide wanted to do something about that problem. That said, enter our first review (That I can think of) written by one of our little ones. The way I approached this was to allow him to play the game and then I wrote a list of questions for him to answer that are basically the same ones I would answer myself when writing any review. My son is 7 years old and when he heard the idea of being able to get a game, play it through, and then answer a few questi…

One of the co-hosts pointed out during Kojima's show that MGS4 would need a seven (yes I said seven) DVD's in order to play MGS4 on the Xbox 360 compared to the 50 GB storage of just one blu-ray disc. 23. The highly anticipated prequel to the God of War series, God of War: Ascension released today, but not without meeting some controversy from overly sensitive reviewers that caused the developers to change the name of a silver trophy titled "Bros Before Hos".This simply named trophy caused a media backlash from reviewers including Adam Sessler who called the trophy "misogynistic" meaning characterized by a hatred of women, during his own review. "This gut punch of misogyny irredeemably sours this game and it's shocking that such a talented developer would traffic in such a contemptible attitude. I have always liked the adult fantasy of the God of War games - that Grand Gui…
