Movies and TV

Really good series starring Tim Roth. It's on Netflix too. Anyone ever seen it? The show was cancelled after 2 seasons I think, but I really like it.

Went and saw the new Red Dawn today, and have to say. Man what a bummer. The start of the movie gave me such hope and by 30 min in all i could think was wow this kid needs some shampoo and this is gota be the first girl whos ever given him some a@#. The story is like homeland where it the Norh Koreans who invade with Russian help. Thor( the actor who plays him) does a good job but after that the cast sinks badly. If anything i have to say wait for the DVD to hit red box

Just started watching this series again, forgot how much I liked it.

"Several ordinary high school students go through their daily routine as two others prepare for something more malevolent." I just watched thios movie for the first time. I heard about it when I was reading an interview with a survivor of Columbine and this film came up. It's pretty much based off of the Columbine shooting. I watched this and it made me extremely sad to know that **** like this probably goes on and is planned more than we know. Anyone ever see this movie?

If you're the kind of TV watcher who hates going week-to-week, you'll be happy to know that all ten episodes of comedy classic Arrested Development'sNetflix-exclusive fourth season will debut simultaneously. Ted Sarandos, the Chief Content Officer at Netflix, confirmed this at NAB, while creator Mitch Hurwitz and a good chunk of the Arrested Development cast took the stage at a Netflix event to discuss the series' return, which is scheduled for sometime in 2013. Sarandos also gave a little information on Netflix's other original series, Lilyhammer, which debuted back in February — it'll be returning for a second season, though there were no numbers given on how many subsc…

Check that **** out.

It comes out tomorrow! I loved the first one, definitely tied with the first Shrek for my favorite 3D animated movie of all time. I'll hopefully be going to see it tomorrow afternoon. Anyone else plan on seeing it?

The owners of AMC Network want a near 50% increase over what they were paid last year, and a greater than 100% increase in annual payments by the end of their new proposed contract. Those demands are outrageous and unfair to Suddenlink customers. New York City-based AMC Networks claims it needs these increases to please Wall Street expectations. These demands are outrageous anytime, let alone in this economy, and are unfair to Suddenlink customers. We have asked AMC Networks to reconsider, but so far, they have refused, and have threatened to withdraw permission to carry their channels if we do not meet their demands. We will continue negotiating with them, in an effort…

Watching this now and it's pretty effed up. lol
