It's a stand alone game. Not on next gen consoles, either. Gearbox isn't making it, 2K Australia is.

what happened to the point and click game?

Still being made. Unsure on its release date, though.

I don't remember BLT being $60 on release. Was it?  Seems a little bit pricey to me. Especially considering it's a different team.
