"A filmmaker decides to memorialize a murdered friend when his friend's ex-girlfriend announces she is expecting his son." By far the saddest documentary I have ever seen.

A Netflix Original Series Beginning April 19 In the shadows of a rusted Pennsylvania steel town, the mangled body of a teenage girl is discovered. As they hunt for a monster among them, rumors mount and many of the eccentric residents become suspects, from the newly arrived gypsy family to the wealthy Godfrey clan. In the twisted world of Hemlock Grove, everyone hides a dark secret. From director Eli Roth (“Hostel”) comes a chilling supernatural series based on Brian McGreevy’s novel.

Anyone watch this? It slipped under my radar. I love this show now. If you haven't seen it, the first two seasons are on netflix. New season starts Sunday. I know there are a lot of complaints about the show, but I love it. I love how it focuses an entire season on one case instead of how other shitty cop shows solve a case in one show. I think the season went on a little to long to be honest but it was good. It has a lot of cliff hangers and plot twist, which is what I think makes a good show. The soundtrack is good as well. Check it out if you haven't or you need something to watch.

So just back from Iron Man 2 and have to say that I'm not overly impressed... it was a good fun movie with lots of bang for it's buck but the story was pretty poor. I think they were trying to put too much into a 2 hour movie.. Mickey Rourke is his usual broody self but is totally underused... Sam Rockwell is also misplaced, tries to be another Tony Stark but just fails miserably... Scarlett Johansen looks so hot in her one action sequence... Robert Downey Jr. is as always damn good in the role and still as witty as the first movie but again is a bit stretched!! Nick Fury coming into the main body of the movie just proves that this was more a build up to Thor and Avenge…
