I listen to a lot of Folk which is similar to Country, like Mumford & Sons, Iron & Wine, Bright Eyes, Sufjan Stevens, Bon Iver, ect. That song was just overplayed. Completely agree about Muse, album seemed way too pretentious and too grandiose and ambitious, afraid Absolution will remain their peak.

Muse for me is, the older the better, so far at least, haven't got Showbiz yet, but I LOVE Origin of Symmetry, and like Absolution a lot, and like about half of Black Holes and Revelations(hate Supermassive black hole though), and only like a couple from The Resistance.

Radiohead's next album is dropping digitally Feb 19th!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

...I'm sucker for big special editions of albums....

I usually don't buy the Special Editions anymore but I'm really tempted for this one. Most anticipated album I've been waiting for the last 3 years.

The last few days have been the greatest for music, Radiohead announce their new album which they're releasing in only 5 days, Glassjaw release a new 6 song EP after not releasing any new material in about 8 years bar their last short EP and the Foo Fighters have released a new song and will drop their new album in April! New song by the Foo Fighters seems very 1990's-ish.

Huh, knew they were going for a harder sound but didn't quite expect that.

I find it refreshing hearing it because although Echoes, Silence, Patience & Grace was a good record, it seemed like they we're mellowing out and becoming a staple mainstream rock band. White Limo seems to point to the opposite and shows that Grohl and Co. have some life left in them.

lol Lemmy.

Did Ghohl stack on some pounds?

Piano Arrangement of one of the best game soundtracks ever? wut?

Some new Metal we've received at the station...

I'd been meaning to watch "It Might Get Loud" for sometime. Last night, I finally watched it. Wish I hadn't waited. I thought it was great.

It is really good, I love when Jimmy Page started playing the riff to Whole Lotta Love and Jack White and The Edge stare in amazement.

It Might Get Loud was my introduction(and later obsession) to Jack White.

Get Behind Me Satan when it came out was when I started getting into them, 05 was a good year in music, Blue Orchid was the first song, besides Seven Nation Army, that attracted me to them. Loved everything Jack's done since including the Raconteurs, the Dead Weather and his new band Rome which has Norah Jones and Danger Mouse in it. Check them out...

Love White Keys and any other Blues-esque group that isn't studio fluffed. I like my Blues raw, and with as much emotion that can be delivered.

I listed another documentary here before. The artists in the doc, are pretty much responsible for acts like The Black Keys and The White Stripes.

About the movie

Give that a watch, if you're able to. It will blow you away, no lie. Ain't nothing like the Mississippi Delta Blues. Nothing. I wish I could go back in time, and visit Junior's Juke Joint.

Mostly into VG music unless something they appeal to me.

Probably one of my favorites.

NEW RADIOHEAD SONG!!!!!!!! Album came out today to, a whole day early! Some people think their may be a 2nd part released twm too. THON also starts today. BEST. DAY. EVER.
