US Government shut down list

Featured Replies

This is just so stupid. How does anything ever get done in this country. We don't need half those offices anyway lol.

When they say its non-essential employees, shouldnt we be running this way all the time and only have essential employees?

Case in point:

We are losing the panda cam to government shutdown hahaha! Your hard earned tax dollars at work.

Haha! I was hoping you would chime in :)

I just found that I may have to put my Spring 2014 semester off due to Veteran Affairs education being shutdown which means I fall behind a semester and it's too late to file for tuition assistance because I have to register my classes within the month.  I only have two semester lefts before I am finished and this just pisses me off, because I want to go for another degree in the same field and I don't have that long before my Montgomery GI Bill benefits run out so it is important that I don't fall behind and stay on course.

They were gona call off all the military football games till they found out they make about $2 mill off em
