This is why the new Kinect coming with the xbox one literally scares the hell out of me.

Same here. Not only can they monitor they can have video footage as well! Its the biggest problem I have with the new xbox and will never purchase or support something like that. Big mistake making it mandatory.

Yeah the law says the gov't can have the data whenever and however they want.

Not surprising that they worked with the government. As for the always on Kinect, nah.

Uh, it's hard to take this video serious with Jason Mewes in it. He shoulda said buuuunnnnng at the end. Snootchy bootchies woulda worked too.
