Dermablend is FANTASTIC for covering up tattoos, and fukkin' fab for covering up scars. I've used it a few times myself (after being pissed off at Kat Von D's expensive bullshit) but a few of my friends have full sleeves and chestwork, and will use this stuff at 'fancy events'.

 

But talk about an effective commercial. Damn.
